This meditation is called exactly where you're supposed to be,
A practice in allowing,
Receiving,
And trusting what comes without chasing it.
For now,
Whether you're sitting down or lying down on the ground or the floor,
I just want you to close your eyes and just breathe.
Just breathe and listen to my words for a moment.
This meditation adventure is designed to help you train your awareness by allowing inner guidance to rise without forcing it.
It's not about figuring out what's real or what's imagined in the moment.
It's about learning how to receive without chasing,
And how to trust what comes in when you're not trying to control it.
With practice,
This helps you to recognize the difference between your thinking mind and the deeper,
More consistent voice that doesn't push,
Argue,
Or explain itself.
It just arrives.
Now,
Just let your body settle.
If you're sitting,
Sit with your feet flat on the floor,
Or just lie down comfortably.
Let your hands rest and let your jaw and clench and your facial muscles just soften.
Let your shoulders and your back soften.
Take out any tension that you have.
Just release it all.
Now,
Take a slow,
Deep breath in,
And then release that breath slowly out.
Another breath in,
And another breath out.
Let your attention turn inward.
There's nothing to figure out right now.
Let your thoughts just slow down,
And let your breath guide you into stillness.
Now,
Take one more easy breath in.
Now,
I want you to imagine a set of steps appearing in front of you,
And they rise up into the sky,
Into the clouds.
And I want you to begin walking up these steps,
Step by step,
Just taking your time.
Feel free to look around.
Don't rush.
Just walk,
And keep walking as I speak.
Let your breath stay steady,
And let your mind stay with the movement.
Just keep walking up the steps as you listen to my voice.
You may notice the steps start to shift.
Maybe the color changes.
Maybe the texture.
Maybe they stay the same.
I just want you to know there's no right way to see them.
Let them become whatever they want to become,
Or whatever you would like to create.
Sometimes you're not making this happen.
Sometimes you're just letting it happen.
Just keep walking and feel yourself become lighter and quieter and more open.
Now,
If you look in the distance at the top,
You'll see a door.
I want you to walk up there to that door,
And when you get there,
Just pause for a moment and take a deep breath.
When you're ready,
Go ahead,
Open the door,
And step through.
You have arrived.
You are now exactly where you're supposed to be.
So just let yourself move however you need to.
You can drift,
You can float,
You can soar,
Or you can just be still.
There's nothing to control.
Just let your awareness go wherever it needs and wants to go.
This space is where guidance can come through.
Don't try to make anything happen,
Just be here.
If you want to invite your guide or your higher self,
Go ahead and do that now.
And if something comes,
Receive it.
Don't interfere,
Don't overthink,
Just let it be.
Then listen,
Don't wait for an answer.
I'm going to leave you in this beautiful space for a moment,
And I'll be back.
Now it's time to leave this space.
So when you're ready,
Go ahead and imagine a door in the distance,
And begin to go towards it.
When you arrive,
You can turn around and say thank you to any encounters you may have had,
And then open the door and step out.
In front of you,
You'll see that staircase again,
And I want you to start walking down step by step,
Remembering everything that happened with each step.
And with each step,
You start to return just a little bit more.
Feel your body again as you're walking down the steps.
Feel your breath.
Just keep walking down slowly,
Back into awareness.
Now you've come to the bottom of the steps.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Feel the air on the skin,
And walk back into the room where you are right now.
Take a deep breath and wiggle your fingers and your toes,
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
Let whatever you experienced during this time just settle in.
You don't have to make sense of it right away,
Just be open and aware for the rest of the day.
