Before we begin,
Please make sure you are in a quiet place,
A safe space,
Where you won't be disturbed.
Do not listen to this meditation while driving or operating any machinery.
This is your time to rest,
Reflect,
And reconnect.
Now close your eyes gently.
Let your hands rest in your lap,
Feet flat on the floor.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Again,
In and out.
Notice how your breath moves in through your nose and moves out through your mouth.
You don't need to control it,
Just notice it.
And if your mind ever starts to wander during this meditation,
Gently bring your focus back to the breath.
Start to notice the weight of your body.
Feel the chair or the floor supporting you.
Bring your attention to your feet.
Now imagine a steady,
Grounding energy beneath them,
Like standing barefoot on solid earth.
Let that grounding move upward into your ankles,
Into your legs,
And your hips.
Let your shoulders drop.
Feel your arms grow heavy.
Relax your chest,
Your stomach,
And your jaw.
Now soften your eyes and let the muscles in your forehead smooth.
And with each breath,
Let your whole body settle.
You are grounded,
You are safe,
And you are here.
Now imagine yourself in a peaceful place.
It might be a quiet beach,
A forest trail,
Or a cozy room from childhood.
See yourself seated on a bench or a cushion in this place.
Everything around you is calm,
Still,
Safe,
And welcoming.
As you sit in this space,
Notice a soft mist beginning to rise in the distance.
From within that mist,
A figure begins to approach.
They move slowly,
Gracefully,
And there's something deeply familiar about them.
As they step closer,
You begin to recognize their energy.
There is no fear,
Only peace.
This figure is you,
A version of you that exists beyond space and time.
They are calm,
Wise,
And clear.
They are your higher self.
The part of you that sees the full picture.
The part of you that has never been lost.
You do not need to imagine every detail.
Just feel their presence and let them sit beside you or across from you.
Feel the connection and the recognition.
Place one hand over your heart and feel its warmth.
Breathe gently.
You are now connected to your higher self.
When you are ready,
Ask these three questions.
Who am I?
Am I where I'm meant to be?
And what is my higher purpose?
Whatever arises,
Whatever you see or hear,
Just trust it.
Even the stillness holds meaning.

It is now time to come back to the physical.
Take a moment to give thanks.
Thank your higher self or anyone who may have shown up.
Even if it was just a feeling,
A silence,
Or a knowing.
All you need to do is acknowledge it.
Tell yourself thank you for showing up too.
Now begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.
And start to feel the support beneath your body,
The chair.
Gently wiggle your fingers,
Gently wiggle your toes,
And offer yourself this simple affirmation.

Slowly open your eyes and notice how you feel.
You've just returned from a place that knows you deeply.
Your higher self is always here,
Always guiding,
And always available.
