Welcome to the Safe Place Mindfulness Meditation Practice. This guided session will help you create a peaceful mental space where you can relax and find ease, no matter what life is throwing at you. We’ll begin with some grounding to settle the mind and body, before guiding you through a safe place visualization that will allow you to fully immerse yourself in a place that feels safe, warm, and supportive. Whether it’s a peaceful beach, a cosy room, or a place from your childhood, the safe place you create is entirely yours. Throughout the practice, I’ll encourage you to engage all of your senses and simply be with whatever arises. This practice is here to support you in moments of stress or overwhelm and can be returned to anytime you need to reconnect with your sense of calm.
