This is guided meditation on cultivating loving companionship for ourselves, our communities, our planet with its many life forms, and beyond. We first ground into our bodies and witness our breath, before connecting with our higher self and broader human family. In this connected place, we summon the powers of gratitude and any friends of higher dimensionality who have joined us, pushing our loving companionship out to the entire universe.

Thank you for joining this guided meditation.

Today,

We will cultivate loving companionship not only with our human brothers and sisters,

But for the plants and animals we share this planet with,

The Earth itself,

Benevolent higher dimensional beings and the entire living universe.

And so please,

Come to find a comfortable position seated or lying down.

Allow your spine to straighten.

Keep your chin lightly tucked and open your chest.

Roll your shoulders down and back,

Lifting your heart space.

And if you haven't already,

Please close your eyes.

Please place your palms face down on your lap or the floor beside you and allow your attention to move to the top of your head.

As we move slowly down through the body,

Focus in on your muscles.

Focus in on any tension you might be holding on to and breathe into those spaces,

Allowing yourself to release and to clear any tightness or holding.

And so scan through the muscles of your face,

Releasing any tightness you find.

Relax your jaw.

Allow your tongue to rest slack at the bottom of your mouth and feel this turn into a wave of relaxation.

Feel it pouring down into your neck and your shoulders.

Feel it diving down your arms and into your hands.

And sense this relaxing wave swimming down into your chest and your upper back.

Feel it move into your abdomen,

Your belly,

And your lower back.

And as you breathe into these spaces,

Allow yourself to release any holding.

Bring your attention onto your hips.

Bring your attention to your thighs.

And allow them to relax.

Allow yourself to sink into your posture.

And allow this wave of relaxation to dive into your knees,

Your ankles,

And your feet,

Releasing everything.

And feel your connectedness to Mother Earth.

Feel yourself held by the forces of gravity.

And sense the scope,

The breadth of the planet below you.

Feel yourself as one small part of this enormous entity we know as Mother Earth.

And allow yourself to dissolve into these wonderful feelings of connectedness to our planet.

On your next inhalation,

Take a deep breath in,

Filling yourself completely,

And hold.

Squeeze in the muscles around your spine.

Feel that energy rising.

And release.

Let's take one more deep breath like this,

And so breathe fully in,

Filling yourself completely,

And hold.

Squeeze.

And release.

Perfect.

And so release all control of your breathing,

But keep your attention on its natural rhythms.

Witness its flow.

And if you have any thoughts or feelings that arise,

Allow them to pass,

And allow yourself to return here to the steady rhythms of your natural breath.

And so,

Returning to our intentions of cultivating loving companionship,

Let us first connect with our highest self.

And so,

I want you to see yourself sitting in a meditative position,

Surrounded by a seamless room of bright white light.

The light in this room is healing.

It's invigorating,

And it's washing away any distortions,

Any impurities that you might have carried into this practice.

And so,

Just breathe in this white light,

And allow yourself to let go.

Know that you are safe here,

And decide to take this time for yourself.

And I want you to feel a presence joining you here.

I want you to see your highest self coming into the space.

This might look like yourself in the future.

It might look like you right now.

Whatever your highest self looks like for you,

See that they carry a glow about them.

See them completely unencumbered by any stresses or tensions from this material world.

And see them coming to sit directly before you.

Feel at your highest self,

And allow yourself to connect with them energetically.

Know that the white light in this room is composed of pranic energy.

It is universal life force,

And it is pouring into you from all directions,

From your root to your crown,

And all the energetic meridians between.

This universal life force energy is pouring into you always.

And so allow yourself to cultivate a reservoir of this energy at your solar plexus.

Between your heart's center and your sacral chakra,

The solar plexus can be found right at the center of your chest.

And so feel this energy building now as you breathe in this beautiful pranic energy,

And you allow it to fill you up.

And I want you to see yourself projecting a beam of golden energy from your solar plexus,

And see it connecting with your highest self.

See it connecting to their solar plexus.

And I want you to share this beautiful abundant energy with your highest self.

And now having shared this energy with your highest self,

Reverse your perspective and see yourself through their eyes.

Feel the joy,

The bliss,

The passion within which your highest self exists,

And feel the love they have for you and the life you're living.

Feel yourself free of all anxiety,

Of all tension,

And allow the bliss of your highest self to rise up and fill you completely.

And now,

Having connected with our highest selves,

Let us see ourselves gathering around a campfire on a beautiful mountaintop surrounded by nature.

See yourself here surrounded by others.

See us all finding a seat.

Look around and see if you recognize anyone here.

Know that these people that you are connecting with are composed of those meditating with us here now.

They're composed of the highest selves of our friends and family members.

They're composed of others around the world taking part in their own meditations.

And they're composed of all others around the planet who are walking the same paths as us,

Who are facing the same challenges and making the same evolutions.

Know that despite our apparent separateness,

We are always connected,

And there are always a multitude of others who are going through the same things we are.

And so look around the campfire and see our beautiful brothers and sisters.

And as we rest here together,

Bring your attention onto your heart.

And so please place a palm upon your heart space and allow your breath to grow deeper.

Breathe love and light into your heart and breathe out all limitation.

And just keep breathing deeply here.

Allow your inhalations to fill you up entirely and allow your exhalations to stretch.

Continuing to keep our focus on our heart space and continuing to breathe into it.

Let us now think of something we are truly grateful for.

This might be a friend or family member.

It might be our human brothers and sisters who we're doing this meditation with now.

It might be something else entirely.

Whatever it is for you,

Focus on the feelings of gratitude and bring them into your heart as you continue to breathe in fully and exhale completely.

Let us now think of something we are truly grateful for.

Having connected with our hearts,

Please place a palm upon your heart space and allow your breathing to flow into your heart space and allow your exhalations to flow into your heart space and allow your breathing to flow into your heart space and allow your breathing to flow in fully and exhale completely with all others who have joined us here.

And now let us invite in our ancestors.

Let us invite in ascended Masters.

Let us invite in extraterrestrials,

And let us invite in any and all higher dimensional beings of light and love who would like to join us here and add to the power of our benevolent intentions.

And so allow space for these others to join us here.

Allow space for our guides,

For our ancestors,

For our friends of higher dimensionality to energetically connect with us and to bring power to this practice.

And now,

Connected with so many,

Let us consciously choose to hold a container around the entirety of Mother Earth.

And so see a brilliant orb of light surrounding the planet and fill this orb up with all the love you have to give.

Fill it up with your gratitude.

Fill it up with your loving companionship.

Fill it up with your loving companionship.

Fill it up with your loving companionship.

Having pushed loving energy out to Mother Earth and all beings which inhabit her,

Let us realize that everyone and everything on this planet is our companion of consciousness.

We are all connected on a very deep level,

And through these connections we can share our love.

And so let's see that container we held around the Earth expanding out into the universe.

See it expanding beyond the bounds of our solar system,

Beyond the bounds of our galaxy the Milky Way into interstellar space.

And see this beautiful container of healing surrounding our entire universe.

Feel it permeating the entirety of existence.

And feel our higher dimensional friends aiding in the practice.

And let's just hold this here for a short time,

Being conduits for our own love and sharing that love with our companions.

Okay.

Finally,

Having connected with ourselves and with our higher dimensional friends and family members,

Let us open a space for personal healing.

And let's hold this space together,

Knowing we are connected with beings that exist beyond time,

And that they might have things to tell us,

Encouragements,

Advice,

Or even healing.

And so open yourself up now,

Allowing your mind to stay still and quiet.

And just allow whatever comes through for you.

So and so having held space for the healing of each other,

Having cultivated a loving companionship with not only our human brothers and sisters,

But all beings of this universe,

Let us now return to our bodies,

Holding the intention of bringing this practice with us,

Of taking these lessons or healings into our lives,

Allowing us to have loving companionship for all of those we meet.

And so allow yourself to sense the space around your body.

Allow yourself to stretch,

Take a deep breath in and out.

And whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.
