Today,
Our intention is to raise our level of consciousness,
To be more in alignment with the harmonious future where humanity lives in peace with the Earth and each other.
Today we will travel deep into a powerful pyramid and we will use its ancient technologies to connect with the Earth in divine intelligence so that we may ascend and become the best version of ourselves.
And so find a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down,
Where your palms are resting face up on your lap or the floor beside you.
Extend your spine out straight.
Hold your neck long.
Keep your chin lightly tucked while you roll your shoulders down and back,
Lifting your heart space.
And if you haven't already,
Please close your eyes.
With your next inhalation,
Take a complete breath in,
Filling yourself all the way up.
And with a sigh,
Let it go.
Take another big,
Slow,
Deep breath in and release.
Take one last deep breath in all the way and hold,
Relaxing your entire body.
And release.
Begin breathing through your body.
Allow your breath to reach the top of your head,
Gently moving you all the way up.
If you feel any restriction in that movement,
Loosen your shoulders and your neck,
Allowing the breath to flow.
And feel the movement of your breath moving down into your lower body.
If you feel any restriction of that movement,
Allow your hips and your lower back to relax and feel the flow of your breath all the way down through you.
And now just search through the rest of your body as you allow this breath to flow.
And search out any tightness.
If you find some,
Focus the flow of your breath into this space and allow it to wash away any tightness.
See yourself standing beneath the stars.
Feel your feet buried in cool sand as you stand upright in the comfortable breeze of the night's air.
As your hair rustles,
See that a beautiful desert land surrounds you.
The dunes are tall,
The moon peeking over on the horizon.
And see that directly before you is a great pyramid.
You can feel the energy pouring off this magical place.
You can see a glow permeating its very structure.
And see yourself stepping forward now,
Walking through the sand and up onto a stone platform that leads to an entrance of this pyramid.
And allow yourself to move inward,
Feeling the pyramid's energetic vibrations surrounding you now.
Notice that the path you are walking is on an incline.
See this torch-lit tunnel leading you upwards,
Towards the center of this pyramid.
Notice that ahead of you is an end to this tunnel.
And as you get close,
See that there is a great chamber.
This is the central chamber of this great pyramid.
This is a special place made to increase the consciousness of any and all people who step inside.
And so allow yourself to step into this chamber.
Feel the increased vibrations of consciousness swirling around you.
And as you walk forward into this dimly lit space,
Feel that you are surrounded by spirits of the earth,
By spirits of higher consciousness that are here to assist in the proceedings,
By ancestors,
By your guides,
By a whole host of benevolent spirits that want the best for you and see yourself making your way to the very center of this chamber and see yourself sitting upon its central platform,
Finding a meditative position and really feel your roots planting down.
Feel the energy rising up into you from Mother Earth.
The shape of this pyramid allows it to draw a great amount of energy from Mother Earth below.
You feel held here,
Grounded,
Rooted to the planet and you feel the revitalizing,
Healing,
Supportive energies of Mother Earth flowing into you.
Just allow yourself to receive these energies and feel them rising up through your spine,
Through all of your energy systems and feel them beaming out of your crown,
Out of the top of your head,
Up through the highest point of this pyramid.
Feel yourself as an open channel from Mother Earth's powerful energy and feel now how this pyramid is also a conductor of divine consciousness.
It is receiving a downpouring of cosmic energy.
It's pouring down through the very tip of this pyramid,
Directly into your crown and feel this moving down through your spine,
Through all of your energy centers and allow yourself to share this energy with Mother Earth again,
An open channel,
Feeling support from all of the beings that surround us.
You might feel their energetic presence.
You might sense who or what is here with you now.
You might feel their touch on your shoulders or their energy washing down the side of your head or into your palms.
Just know that you are protected here,
That you are looked after and safe.
From here,
Begin breathing more deeply into your heart.
Feel how your heart is the center most point of all of your energy and feel how it is becoming empowered by this ritual,
By this magical pyramid.
Breathe in deeply to your heart and breathe out any darkness you may have been holding on to.
Breathe in gratitude for this experience of life and breathe out all anxiety.
Breathe in the grace and beauty of the universe and breathe out all limitation.
Continue breathing deeply into and out of your heart and feel your own energy growing.
Feel your heart's energy radiating out into the rest of your body.
Feel yourself beginning to glow.
Feel the energy.
Feel yourself vibrating from these increased energies of consciousness.
Feel that energy moving out into your energetic field.
Realize that in a spherical space surrounding you,
Everything is lighting up.
The energy of this pyramid,
The energies of divine intelligence and Mother Earth and all of the beings here supporting us,
Your activation,
They're empowering you to embody and shine out the highest level of consciousness.
So just lose yourself here for a moment,
Feeling the energy you're creating,
Allowing this energy to transform you and relieve you of anything that is no longer serving your greatest purpose.
Here,
Feeling your entire energetic field vibrating,
See the beautiful,
Harmonious future that Earth has in store.
See how humanity is transformed for the better,
Every soul living their life's purpose to the fullest.
And see how this positive transformation of humanity has enlivened the beauty of life.
It has created a heaven.
Honor how you find yourself in this future.
See yourself existing as you are right now,
Empowered by these incredible energies of the universe and in deep connection with all of the support we have and the power of our own hearts.
And so see this future version of yourself.
See them entering this chamber of the pyramid.
See them sitting before you on the central platform and smile to them,
Feeling the energy you're radiating from your heart connecting deeply with theirs.
And here,
Allow yourself to embrace this future version of you and feel them embedding themselves deep within you.
Feel their light filling you up and feel them grounding within you this increased level of consciousness,
This better way of living.
And feel the entire pyramid empowering this transformation.
Finally,
This ritual having been completed,
See yourself standing from the platform in the central chamber of this pyramid and feel yourself once again being held by all of the support that's here with you.
And see yourself walking back out of this central chamber,
Making your way down the path back towards the entrance and know that you can always return here,
That these energies are within you to access,
Always.
And making your way out of the pyramid,
See that the sun has risen and the beautiful new day is here.
And allow yourself to return now to your physical body.
Sense the space around you.
Allow your body to gently move and stretch.
Take a deep breath in and out and whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes.
