Many of us are operating in a constant state of overwhelm. No matter how much we try to wrangle some downtime into our schedules, we often find ourselves feeling like we don't have time to prioritize the things that matter most to us. In fewer than three minutes, we'll pause, breathe, and reset to help you own your space and take your time. Featuring "Zen Flow" by Chris Collins, courtesy of the artist.

It can be so easy to get busy,

Overwhelmingly busy,

So busy that it feels like we don't have time to stop and breathe.

When we get this busy,

It's actually more important than ever to stop and breathe and reset.

So here's a short span of time set aside just for you.

Listen along and honor what you need in this moment.

Take your time.

You have time for it.

Whatever it is,

You have time for it.

All the future things will come in their own time.

This time,

Right now,

Is for you.

How's your breathing?

Just check in.

Try not to judge it,

Just notice it.

Maybe slowly invite some expansiveness into your breathing pattern.

What does that look like?

You have time.

You have space.

Maybe that feeling of expansiveness translates to a slower inhale,

A pause at the top of the breath,

And a slower exhale with another pause at the bottom.

Now,

Just let your body breathe without controlling it.

Relax your shoulders down.

Open up your hands.

Notice where you feel expansiveness.

You have the space to feel it.

You have the space to welcome it.

To welcome it.

By taking this time and space for yourself,

You are ensuring you can take care of whatever comes next.

This care for yourself will radiate outward into everything you do and expand into care for others.

So be in your space and take your time.
