All right,
Welcome everyone.
Let's get comfortable,
Take a seat.
Find a good spot to sit.
Take some deep breaths down into your belly.
Just take a moment to relax your body.
Take a moment to breathe deeply down in,
Filling your body all the way down into your abdomen,
Up into your chest.
Releasing anything that doesn't serve you.
And breathing in deeply.
And breathing out fully.
And breathing in deeply.
And breathing out fully.
And as you relax into your seat,
Maybe you're laying back,
Just feel the breath moving in and out of your body fully and completely.
As it fills your abdomen and fills your chest.
And as it empties out,
Fully and completely exhale.
Just get it all out.
And breathe deeply in,
Way down in your belly,
Up in your chest.
And if you'd like,
You could put a hand on your chest over your heart,
And you could put a hand on your abdomen.
Just something that feels supportive,
Something that feels protective.
And breathe into those spaces.
And you may feel a little discomfort in those spaces.
You may feel a little tension,
A little anxiety.
You may feel a little fear.
You may feel some shame.
That's okay.
Just breathe.
Those are feelings you always have,
And now you're just aware of them.
Just allow yourself to be comfortable with any of those feelings as you breathe.
Just maintaining form and sitting and breathing.
And as any emotions arise,
Any feelings are there,
As you breathe deeply,
Imagine a gentle wave coming up on the beach.
And as it flows up onto the beach,
And it stops its momentum and turns back into the ocean,
Imagine that wave of breath coming through your body,
Filling you gently,
Breaking momentum and going back down,
Cascading out,
And taking all the junk with it,
Taking all of these feelings,
Sensations,
Anything that is plaguing you,
Anything that's hurting you.
Just washing it clean.
And the breath comes in.
And the wave goes out into the ocean,
Just smoothing the sand.
And the wave comes in,
You breathe in.
And all the feelings and things you're holding,
You just let them go,
Just let them wash out.
Let them go with the wave.
And you breathe in as the gentle wave comes up on the sand.
And it gently breaks momentum and cascades back.
Connected with everything,
Always moving.
Always changing.
Always bringing new life,
Always destroying.
The constant change,
And as you breathe in,
The wave comes up.
And as you breathe out,
You release the things that you're holding.
And as you breathe in,
That wave washes up,
And it can wash up far,
All the way up,
Just clearing everything out,
Pulling anything out with it,
Clearing the sand.
And the breath comes in,
And the wave comes up.
And you can feel it washing through your nervous system,
Clearing you out.
Maybe with tingles running down your back or your arms,
As that wave of breath comes in,
Gently washing over everything,
Pulling anything out that's not needed,
That doesn't serve.
And the breath comes in,
And anxiety flows out,
Drains away.
And the breath comes in,
And a little fear drains away.
And the breath comes in,
And a little pain drains away.
And now feel yourself.
Feel who you are.
Feel how you feel.
Feel what you're telling yourself,
As you breathe,
And just be.
Allowing that breath to come in and out slowly,
Like waves washing on the beach.
And without the fear,
Who are you?
And without the shame,
Who are you?
And who do you desire to be?
And maybe in that space that feels open,
That's been cleared out and washed away,
Maybe you could place a beautiful green glow,
And let that glow feel like warmth,
Let it feel like acceptance.
Let it feel like a gentle hug from a loved one,
Or maybe a big bear hug.
Let it feel like being held.
Just create that space within you on each breath,
Let it grow.
Let that feeling become you as you breathe.
And on each breath let it fill you and wash through your nervous system.
And on each breath let it move outside of you and surround you.
Just gently hug.
As you gently breathe,
Place your awareness upwards,
Maybe look back to the blank space behind your eyes.
Just roll your eyes back a little,
And just place your awareness up.
And as you breathe,
Just connect with yourself,
Connect with being.
Just let the breath move in and out.
Allow yourself to be.
