
Emotional Clearing Meditation - Grounding

Use this guided meditation to clear out your emotions and ground yourself. It's a simple exercise of working through the chakra's and visualizing letting go of whatever you're holding. You'll finish feeling relaxed, grounded and ready to face your challenges.

Hey,
I'm Daniel Tayag,
And I love you dearly.
I'm so glad you're here,
And I'm so glad you chose to join me in this meditation.
We're going to be doing an emotional clearing,
Working with the chakra system,
Working with our body as kind of an embodied experience,
As well as a mindset.
We'll be doing a little modified breath work as well with that.
So it can bring up different emotions.
It can bring up different pains,
Things that we've been kind of hiding away.
So be warned,
Just a gentle warning that if you do have some emotions come up,
If you have some tears come up,
That's great.
That's good.
We want to get this stuff out.
If you have some just uncomfortable stuff,
That's OK.
Let's get it out.
We're going to be totally clear by the end of this.
So let's go ahead and go bravely in and use your discretion.
If it's something you don't want to jump in right now,
No problem.
If you want to jump in hard,
Feel free to really get in there and follow along.
But let's go ahead and start.
First,
Let's just take a deep breath way down into our belly.
Let it hit the floor.
Let it move all the way through your seat.
Let it come up all the way into your chest,
Filling your lungs,
Filling your chest,
Opening your heart space up,
Stretching you out.
And let the breath fully leave your body,
Just gently flowing out.
Bring your diaphragm into spine,
Your belly button into spine.
Push the air out.
Nice full breath in,
Down into the belly.
Nice and slow.
Let it drag even.
Nice and slow out.
Nice big,
Slow breaths down into the belly,
Up in the chest.
Nice and slow out.
Nice and slow in.
Nice and slow out.
Nice big,
Slow breaths down into the belly,
Up in the chest,
Expanding your body.
You can be a little aggressive about it.
Just really breathe in.
Expand your body,
Almost like a bellows or a pump.
Just kind of waking it up.
Bring in some fresh oxygen in there,
Clearing out any stagnant neural reception,
Any old feelings that are lingering.
As you continue to breathe,
Come to a space of stillness.
Come to a space of center as you're sitting up.
Maybe being a little less aggressive with the breath and just let it flow in and out of your body with nice full breaths,
Letting your belly expand.
As you do this,
Just relax your jaw.
Relax the tension in your brow.
Relax the sides of your head,
Neck and your shoulders.
Relax that space behind your heart that's stiff.
Relax that pit in your stomach.
Relax your butt.
Just breathe fully,
Feeling your body there.
And as you're feeling your body there,
I want you to create a red glow that you're sitting in.
Right where you're sitting.
It's a nice,
Beautiful red glow.
If you want,
You can grow some red roots down into the earth.
Moving down,
Burrowing in.
And let that be your ground.
Let that be your connection point.
And as you sit,
I want you to imagine a beam of light coming from the top of your head,
Shooting up to your favorite star maybe.
And just relaxed and connected right there.
And pulling energy up from that red glow with this next breath.
Fill your abdomen with it.
Just breathe into that space.
Feel any tension,
Any emotional stuff and let it go.
Just let it go.
Pull in some fresh,
Clean energy from that root.
Just wash that space out.
Anything you're holding on to.
Any emotional stuff that you just feel in there.
Things people have said hurt,
Worries.
Just clear it out.
I want you to move your awareness to your diaphragm.
The thing that keeps those lungs moving.
Keeps that life force moving in and out.
Kind of center of you.
And you can feel when you're not inspired.
You can feel it right there.
You can feel when you're not excited about life.
It's kind of cramped right there.
It's like your life force is kind of blocked a little bit.
So spend a moment just sitting with that space.
Does it feel open?
Does it feel blocked?
Can you take a full deep breath that feels exciting?
Take anything there that doesn't feel open.
That doesn't serve you.
Just release it on the breath.
Breathe some of that beautiful energy from that root up.
Filling that space and washing anything out that doesn't serve you.
Just let it go.
Just breathe into that space again.
Maybe feeling some new life pulsing up into you.
Letting it go.
When that feels good,
Just move the awareness up to the heart.
Right there in that place where you maybe feel love or excitement or anxiety.
You know where it hits you.
I want you to breathe deeply into this space,
Allowing your ribs to expand and the cartilage between to stretch.
It may feel scary and that's okay.
It's right where all that fear sits.
But you're safe right here.
You're just breathing and sitting.
It's just old memories,
Old fears.
Breathe into the space.
Open it up.
Let it all go.
Just breathe it out.
It doesn't serve you.
Breathe in again,
Right into that space,
Filling it with that pure,
Beautiful,
Fresh energy.
Bringing it up from the air.
Letting all that fear go.
Breathing in,
Bringing more fresh,
Clean energy.
Taking all that fear,
All that tension in there,
All that anxiety and letting it go.
Bringing that fresh,
Clean energy up,
Filling that space.
Let's just take a moment to sit with this space here.
Let that feeling grow in your heart.
Let it spread out around you.
Content.
Happy.
Joy.
No fear.
Purpose.
Just create those sensations within you.
Whatever feels right for you,
The way that you desire to feel as you breathe.
Letting those old fears go.
Taking a couple more deep breaths into the heart space.
Making it feel alive.
Next,
We're going to place our awareness just right on our throat.
You know,
When it cramps up,
When you got to say something hard,
Something you don't want to say,
Communicate something.
So breathe into that space.
If you need to swallow,
That's okay.
If you feel it kind of activated and tight,
That's okay.
Take all that tension and breathe it out.
It doesn't serve you.
Breathe into that space of the throat.
Bring that fresh energy up.
Take anything that doesn't serve and just breathe it out.
One more time.
Big breath.
Breathe it all out.
Now placing our awareness up.
That third eye,
Just the middle of your head.
Maybe looking up slightly with your eyes.
With your eyes closed,
But move your actual eyes inside up.
And while you're looking up,
Breathe into that space.
That space of connection,
Of knowing.
That inner truth.
And just allow any of that chatter to clear.
Breathe out any of those thoughts with the breath.
Breathing in fully,
Bringing that energy all the way up.
Taking all that chatter and just letting it go.
Breathing that energy all the way up.
Letting all the noise go.
One more big breath in.
And let it go.
Moving up to the top of your head,
Where you're connected with that star.
As you breathe,
I want you to pull that energy up from the room.
And just let it flow through all the way up.
Just imagine it flowing through you all of life.
Each breath you can feel it pumping up through you,
Clear,
Free to live your life.
That force of everything moving through you as a conduit,
Free and clear.
So just breathe that through you.
Breathe it up and through all the way out the top of your head.
Just sitting in that space of connection.
Allowing it to fill you.
Allowing any tensions to drain away,
Anything lingering.
Allowing yourself to sit and rest for a moment,
Clear mind,
Letting thoughts go.
We're going to take a couple big clearing breaths together with a little bodily practice.
We're going to be flexing different areas of our body.
So just follow along.
Go ahead and breathe out fully out.
Just breathe everything out.
Bring your belly button into spine.
Bring your diaphragm up.
Everything out and then slowly breathe into the belly first.
Letting it work its way up your body.
Up into your chest slowly,
Real slow.
Dragging it in.
Bring a little bit more in.
A little bit more,
A little bit more.
Stretching your ribs out,
Breathing in more.
Max it out.
Hold.
I want you to squeeze your butt.
Bring your belly button into spine.
Squeeze your torso.
Squeeze your arms,
Your neck,
Your legs,
Every cell in your body.
Just give a squeeze holding that breath.
Put anything lingering in that breath and just let it go with a big sigh.
And again,
Breathe in.
Down low first.
All the way up in the chest.
Breathing in,
Breathing in,
Breathing in,
Breathing in,
Breathing in.
Hold.
Compress the root.
Bring the belly button into spine.
Squeeze your chest.
Squeeze your neck,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Every cell in your body.
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze and hold.
And when you are ready,
Let it out with a big sigh.
Ah.
Breathe deeply.
Feeling that fresh new life pulsing through your veins.
Feeling that change of neurology allowing you to feel better.
Changing the way you feel.

Made me aware of my breathing. At one point, it was humming as I released it so that was an interesting experience for me. Overall, great meditation.

While breathing into the heart space, this definitely brought up some emotions of the young man I dated 40 years ago when we were 19. On the outbreath, I let it all go knowing he can’t ever be mine again. Tears welled up in my eyes a bit. Amazing clearing meditation Daniel. Thank you so much. I will be back 💖🕉️✨
