Blessings and welcome to the way of meditation.
My name is Daniel Roquillo and as always I'm deeply,
Deeply grateful and I'm deeply honored that you're choosing to tune in to this meditation session and I'm very grateful that you're choosing to tune in,
That you're choosing to be a conscious participant in allowing forever greater and greater expressions of who and what you are to emerge,
That you're choosing to be a conscious participant in the awakening of coming back to the knowing and feeling of who and what you are and thus allowing for the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the abundance and the prosperity,
Beauty that is inherently within each and every one of us to flow through you fully and freely.
So this is a meditation session and before we move into the meditation and the theme of this particular meditation is observe and witness because that's the,
That is what meditation is.
Meditation is not about reaching a sublime state or moving into expanded consciousness or I mean these can be a result of meditation but they are not the aim,
They are not the purpose of meditation.
But meditation,
The purpose and the aim of meditation is to simply be,
Is to simply be fully present in the nowness of this moment,
That is what meditation is.
So whenever we are fully present in the nowness of this moment we can be said to be in meditation regardless of whether we are in formal meditation as we're about to move into in a brief moment or if we're just out walking or running or listening to someone speaking or observing something.
And in that being fully present in the nowness of this moment what we're doing,
What automatically happens is that we observe and witness whatever flows into this moment,
Whatever experiences we may have,
Whatever sensations we may have,
Whatever thought forms we may experience,
Whatever emotions may rise up.
As we are fully present in the nowness in this moment all we're doing is observing them,
We're witnessing them,
We're not denying anything,
We're not repressing anything,
We're not seeking to run away from anything,
But we are observing,
Witnessing,
Embracing and allowing it to be what it is.
And in that state of observing,
Of witnessing,
Of embracing and allowing,
That's where healing happens.
Whatever we may have brought with us into this moment,
As we stop reacting to that,
As we stop letting that control us and run us,
As we simply observe and witness,
Embrace and allow,
Whatever thought forms or perceptions or opinions or judgments or emotions,
They have nothing to hold on to,
They have nothing to cling to,
And so they begin to dissolve.
And this is how healing happens,
When things,
When stuff begins to dissolve,
When emotions begin to dissolve,
When thought forms begin to dissolve,
Old habits begin to dissolve,
That's how healing happens.
And so meditation is a beautiful practice,
Allowing healing to happen.
So during this meditation,
It is my invitation to you that whatever you become aware of,
Whatever flows into your awareness,
Be it a thought,
Be it a memory,
Be it a projection into the future,
Be it an emotion or a physical sensation,
It is my deepest invitation that you observe it,
Witness it.
There's no need for any of us to invest in anything or engage in anything,
But we're here to simply observe and witness.
All right,
So in this moment,
I invite you to make yourself comfortable.
And I'm laughing because I truly love meditation,
Just the thought of being in,
On the verge of moving into meditation brings so much joy to my being,
That's why I'm giggling a little bit.
So in this moment,
I'm inviting you to make yourself comfortable,
I'm inviting you to put a smile on your face.
That smile sends the signal to the body that it can begin to relax and that it can begin to produce and distribute these loving and healing chemicals.
That all is well.
I invite you to close your eyes and gently begin to tap between your eyebrows.
Tap that spiritual eye or that divine eye or the first eye or the pineal gland as it's also called.
Gently tap for a little bit and while we tap and activate that divine eye,
I invite you to join me in the intentions that we have for this meditation,
Which is for us to wake up to what we are and which is for us to forever love for greater and greater expression so that it would want to emerge.
And so you can release the tapping,
You can place our hands in our lap,
Thumb and middle finger touching as a sign of receptivity and as we turn our attention toward the breath,
Let's be aware that the body is fully able and capable of doing the breathing by itself,
Which means that our only job is to observe and to witness the breathing as it happens.
We don't need to make it happen,
We don't need to participate in it,
But ours is only to observe and witness it.
And we also want to be aware that the breath has four stages to it.
We've got the in-breath,
We've got the space between in and out-breath,
We've got the out-breath and we've got the space between out and in-breath.
And being aware of this and seeking to sustain our attention on all of these four stages makes it so much easier for us to be present with our breath for longer and longer periods of time.
So as we take on the feeling tone that all is well,
I invite us to give the peace that follows,
Permission to move us deep,
Deep,
Deep into the stillness and into the silence.
And now,
Seemingly,
Let's turn it back and begin again.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
In a silent,
Brief moment,
Move us into prayer.
I invite you to remain with your eyes closed,
Your mind open,
Your heart open,
So that you may catch the vibration of this prayer,
Giving you permission to raise you into an even higher vibration and even more expanded consciousness.
And so in this moment,
In this wonderful,
Beautiful,
Magnificent moment,
How deeply grateful I am for our ability to witness,
For our ability to observe our minds without judgment,
Without opinions,
Without prejudice,
But simply observe from a space of love and compassion and kindness,
How deeply grateful I am to be alive at this time,
To be alive and awake and aware that we are,
That we are alive and awake and aware.
This is such a beautiful time to be awake,
Alive and aware,
To be here on this planet.
So much good is happening.
So much good is happening.
And I'm so grateful that we are both choosing to participate in that good,
In the unfolding of that good,
In the expansion of the good that is here already.
And from this space of gratitude,
I know and I feel that Spirit is all there is,
That there's nothing outside of Spirit.
Spirit being both the Creator and the Creation,
Which means that God is in everything and everything is in God.
There's nothing outside of God.
There's no space outside of God.
There's no power outside of Spirit.
But all is God.
All is Spirit.
I know and I feel the allness and the goodness and the eternality of this One,
The One,
The One.
And as God is eternally sourcing and fueling and funding itself,
Sustaining and maintaining itself,
It means that right where we are,
Right where you are,
Right where I am,
All that we need we have.
Everything that we need we have in this moment,
In every single moment.
Because it is God's deepest desire that we keep moving forward,
That we keep expanding,
That we forever allow for greater and greater expressions of who and what we are to emerge because that is how Spirit comes into a greater being,
Into greater expressions of itself.
So God needs the unique and perfect expressions that we are.
Being one with God.
Holographic images,
Which means that all Spirit,
All of that which God is,
Is fully present right where we are,
Just like the wave contains all of the qualities of the ocean.
There's no difference,
There's no separation between the wave and the ocean,
But the wave is the ocean,
Expressing itself in a unique and perfect way.
And as that is true for the wave,
It is true for us that we are never separated from Spirit.
We are eternally connected,
We are eternally one with God,
Expressing God in a unique and perfect way.
So everything that we need to keep moving forward,
To keep expanding,
To keep growing,
To keep unfolding,
We have it.
We have it in consciousness.
And as we're choosing to be a participant,
A conscious participant in this unfoldment,
In this expansion,
Everything that we will ever need,
We will have when we need it.
Sometimes before we need it,
But absolutely when we need it,
We will have it.
And as God is forever for expansion and progression,
It means that everything that happens,
Every single challenge,
Every single experience that flows into our lives,
Is a gift and a blessing of transformation.
Truly,
Truly,
All is well in every single moment.
Something wonderful is always happening,
Always and forever happening.
And everything,
Everything,
Everything is working for the highest good.
This I know and this I feel,
I absolutely know it.
I absolutely feel it.
Where you are concerned,
Where I am concerned,
Where all beings,
All objects,
All spaces and places in all of creation are concerned.
And as I release the word,
I do so fully knowing that in the mind of God,
In the infinite mind of the Spirit,
This is already done.
The highest good is already done.
That's why I let it be.
So be it and so shall it be.
Amen,
Ami,
Ashe,
Aho,
Otip,
Shalom,
Salam and hallelujah.
Thank you so,
So much for participating,
For joining me in this moment of meditation.
Until the next time,
I bless,
Bless,
Bless your day and I bless,
Bless,
Bless your way.
Namaste.
