Blessings and welcome to the way of meditation.
My name is Daniel Rochiyo and as always I'm deeply grateful that you're choosing to join me.
That you're actually making a conscious choice to engage in activities that raise your vibration and expand your consciousness.
I'm grateful for your willingness to grow,
To expand and to unfold.
Meditation is about just that.
It is about us becoming still,
It is about us coming back to the nowness of this moment,
Embracing and allowing whatever is to be as it is,
Simply observing it so that we may begin to catch the realization and expand the realization that we are not our experiences,
We are not our thoughts,
We are not our emotions or feelings,
But we are the awareness that experiences these and that we are eternally connected to the One,
To the whole,
To the source,
To Spirit,
To God.
And one of the benefits of meditation is that when we,
Through becoming still and through turning our attention toward the breath or whatever tool or practice we use to come back to the nowness of this moment,
But as we become still,
Our ability and our availability to catch guidance increases as we sort of release and let go of our attachments to the mental noise that is perpetual,
As we sort of dim that out,
Not through force,
Not through coercion,
Not through manipulation,
But simply because we are not engaging in it,
We are not participating in it,
But we are observing it.
What happens is that in that space of stillness,
In that space of quietude,
We begin to hear and tune into that still small voice in ever greater ways,
That still small voice of intuition that forever speaks and whispers words of wisdom and guidance to us,
Always in a language and in a way that we can understand.
To some it speaks through visions or images,
To others through sounds,
To others through bodily sensations or kinesthetic sensations,
And others through an inner knowing.
But regardless of how it speaks to us,
It is important that we learn to not only listen,
Not only hear and catch this guidance,
But that we learn to trust it and obey it,
Because this guidance,
It emerges from spirit,
It emerges from our soul,
It emerges from the field of omniscience,
Which means the field of all knowledge.
It arises not from physically bound senses,
You know,
As humans we are bound by space and time,
Few of us can see into the future,
Few of us can go back into time,
Few of us can see beyond the walls that we perhaps are being surrounded by,
But we are bound by space and time.
But this voice of intuition,
This still small voice,
It is not bound by anything,
It is eternal,
It is infinite,
It knows all,
It sees all,
And so we're very,
Very wise to trust it,
To listen to it,
And obey it.
And what this means is simply that when we catch guidance,
When we catch an insight,
When we catch a revelation,
When we catch a realization,
We're wise to capture it and to give it permission to move us into action,
So that we act on these insights,
So that we act on these revelations and realizations and this guidance.
It doesn't matter if it seems illogical,
It doesn't matter if it seems unreasonable,
These are limitations of being a human or having a human incarnation,
Actually.
But God,
Spirit knows no logic,
Spirit knows no reason,
It only knows about infinite possibility,
And it is from that field of infinite possibility that this guidance is coming.
So as we move into the meditation now,
As we will do,
It is my invitation to you that while you keep your attention on the breath,
Pay attention to any kind of guidance,
Any sensation,
Any image,
Any sound,
Any feeling,
Any emotion,
Any inner knowing,
Pay attention to it.
And when you catch it,
If you catch it,
Capture it.
That is,
Make a mental note of what this guidance is,
Or you can even pick up your journal in the middle of the meditation.
You can pick up your journal or a piece of paper and write it down,
And then it is my invitation to you that you act upon it,
That you allow it,
That you give it permission to move you into action.
All right,
So the time has come for us to move into the meditation.
I invite you as always to make yourself comfortable,
Put a smile on your face,
Feet perhaps firmly planted on the ground.
I invite you to close your eyes and begin to tap gently between your eyebrows to activate that first eye,
To activate the all-seeing and the all-knowing.
While we tap and while we keep that smile on our faces,
I invite us to set an intention for this meditation.
And my intentions are always to wake up to what I am and to allow for greater and greater expressions of that who and what to emerge.
So we can release the tapping,
And I invite you to place your hands in your lap,
Perhaps having your middle finger and thumb touch.
And so we turn our attention toward the breath,
Realizing that the body is fully capable and able of doing the breathing by itself,
Which means that we do not need to participate in the breathing,
We do not need to make the breathing happen,
We can simply observe it and surrender to it.
Also realizing that the full breath has four stages to it.
And as we seek to keep our attention on these four stages,
It allows us to stay with the breath with so much more ease and grace.
These stages are of course the in-breath,
And the space between the in and out-breath,
The out-breath,
And then the space between the out-breath and in-breath.
And as we take on the feeling,
Telling that all is well,
Let's give the peace that follows the permission to move us deep,
Deep,
Deep into the stillness and into the silence.
Let's restorable.
And should our minds drift from the breath,
We lovingly and gently turn them back to the breath and we begin again,
Listening,
Trusting and obeying.
And we begin again,
Listening,
Trusting and obeying.
Come back to the breath,
Begin again,
Still listening,
Trusting and obeying.
Come back to the breath,
Begin again,
Still listening,
Trusting and obeying.
Come back to the breath,

Come back to the breath,

Still listening,

Come back to the breath,
Begin again,
Still listening,
Trusting and obeying.
Come back in on a regular basis,
Becoming more and more adept at hearing and listening to that still small voice that is internally forever whispering words of wisdom and guidance to you.
To guide and lead and move you beautifully and divinely along your unique and perfect path.
You're becoming so tuned in to this voice that even when your mind is preoccupied,
You're still tuned in.
Just like a radio in the background.
And whenever the radio plays a song that you really like,
Your attention is immediately pulled to that song.
The radio may have been playing for an hour without you really paying attention to it,
But now when this particular song is playing,
You are paying attention to it.
And that is exactly how this works.
From this moment on,
You're monitoring,
You're intimately tuned in to that still small voice.
And whenever it speaks,
Your attention is automatically pulled to it so that you can hear it,
So that you can catch it.
And as you know and as you feel that this still small voice is trustworthy,
As you know and as you feel that God is benevolent,
That God is eternally for you,
Never ever against you.
You know and you feel that whenever you catch this guidance,
You can trust it.
There's no need for second guessing,
There's no need to figure anything out,
There's no need to see the logic or the reason in it.
But you trust it implicitly.
And as you listen,
As you trust,
You obey.
You give that guidance permission to move you,
To guide you and lead you.
And you do it with such willingness,
Knowing and feeling that something wonderful is always happening.
That even in the midst of the most seeming darkness,
All is well.
All is well.
All is well.
So I give mighty thanks for your willingness to listen and to be obedient.
I'm so grateful.
I thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
And I know and I feel that as you are now choosing to listen,
To trust and to obey,
Your life is going to change beyond anything that you've ever imagined.
As you learn to surrender,
Give up the small sense of self and allowing spirit to take over the reins and guide and lead and move you in whichever direction is for the highest good.
I know and I feel that the highest good is not only for all,
But it is for you as unique and perfect individual.
So I know that everything is working for your good.
Everything is working for the highest good.
For you and for all of creation.
I know it,
I feel it,
I accept it,
I give thanks for it,
I allow it to be.
So it is and so be it.
Amen,
Amin,
Hashi,
Aho,
Hotep,
Shalom,
Salaam and Hallelujah.
