Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom and this sleep meditation called Abundantly Provided For.
My name is Daniel Ruquillo and as always I'm deeply grateful and honored that you're choosing to tune in,
That you're choosing to join me in a moment of setting ourselves free from fear,
From worry and from doubt,
From a sense of lack and scarcity,
From a sense of not being enough,
Not having enough,
Setting ourselves free to be in ever expanding love and harmony and wholeness and abundance and peace as we now settle in to allow for a deep peaceful and restful sleep to emerge,
To take us over.
So,
In this moment I invite you to make yourself comfortable,
Whatever that means to you.
I invite you to make yourself as comfortable as possible,
Allowing for the body to relax,
To relax,
To release tension,
So to drift off to sleep with ease and grace.
I invite you to close your eyes and I invite you to put a smile on your face,
A smile that informs the body that in this now moment is well,
A smile that informs the body that it can begin to relax,
To release tension and to begin to produce and distribute these healing chemicals,
Chemicals that slow down the aging process,
Chemicals that strengthen the immune system.
So,
I invite you to smile and I invite you to sustain that smile,
To keep it on your face until you drift off to sleep,
So that you are drifting off to sleep in peace and with a smile on your face.
And in this now moment,
I invite you to to turn your attention away from the day that you're leaving behind,
From the doings and the ongoings,
The busyness of the world.
I invite you to turn your attention away from the day that is ahead of you,
Tomorrow or next week or next month or wherever that moment in time is that your attention may have been dwelling on,
Turned to.
I invite you to turn your attention away from time toward the breath and the nowness of this moment.
And as we turn our attention toward the breath,
We're wise to realize that the body with its divine intelligence has everything that it needs to make the breathing happen,
To breathe.
So,
You do not need to participate in the breathing.
You do not need to make the breathing happen,
But you can fully surrender and trust that the body is abundantly provided for with everything it needs to allow for a steady,
Optimal breathing to happen.
And in this now moment,
I invite you to take on the feeling tone,
Ease well and give the peace that follows,
Permission to move you deep into stillness,
Deep into silence.
And so,
How grateful I am for this now moment.
How grateful I am to know that in this now moment,
Even should all of humanity take a deep breath at the same time,
There would be more air than needed.
How grateful I am to know that in all of nature,
Abundance is so beautifully demonstrated and manifested.
How grateful I am to know that every single one of us is so beautifully and abundantly provided for,
That in this now moment,
Everything that we need to keep moving forward,
Everything that we need to keep allowing for that next great and grand version of who and what we are,
That everything we need is here.
It is now.
I'm so grateful for the benevolence,
Benevolence,
For the grace,
The givingness,
The givenness of this loving presence.
So grateful.
And I'm grateful for you.
I'm grateful for you being willing to expand your consciousness,
To raise your vibration.
I'm grateful for your willingness to set yourself free,
To soar,
To be in ever expanding peace and love and joy,
Wholeness and harmony and abundance.
For your willingness to set yourself free from fear,
From worry,
From doubt,
From a sense of not being enough,
A sense of not having enough.
I am grateful that you are here and that I get to speak these words on your behalf,
Knowing that these are not my words,
But this is this loving presence speaking through me,
Using me for your highest good.
And it is from this vibration of gratitude that I recognize,
That I remember,
That I re-know that there is only one thing happening here.
This loving presence that I sometimes choose to call God,
That I sometimes choose to call Spirit,
That we just as easily can call our infinite intelligence,
That whatever we call it,
It is the one thing,
The one source of everything.
It is the one intelligence.
It is love.
It is peace.
It is joy.
It is harmony and wholeness.
It is abundance.
And it is everywhere,
Giving of itself,
Expressing itself,
Revealing itself fully and freely,
So there's no space nor place where any of us can ever go or be where this loving presence is not.
And this loving presence,
It is benevolent.
It is good.
It is always for itself.
It is always seeking to come into ever greater and grander expressions of itself.
Cannot ever be against itself.
It cannot ever withhold,
But it is always showing up,
Giving of itself fully and freely.
And you,
My dear,
You are one with it.
You are what this loving presence is,
And it is what you are.
You are unique,
Perfect,
Whole,
Complete expression,
Emanation of this loving presence.
You are it being itself,
Doing itself,
Issuing itself in as and through you.
There is only oneness here.
There is no separation,
No division,
Only the loving presence as you.
And it is from this awareness of oneness that I know that you are blessed.
That you are blessed beyond anything that you have ever imagined.
That you being unique,
Perfect,
Whole,
Complete expression of the one.
That you have everything that you need to keep moving forward.
That you have everything that you need to keep allowing for the next great and grand version of who and what you are.
You are.
That you,
Just like all of nature,
Absolutely everything to keep unfolding,
To keep expanding.
That you are lacking in nothing.
That you are missing nothing.
But just like that acorn planted in the ground,
It has everything that it needs to allow for the magnificent and humongous oak tree to emerge from within.
The acorn takes nothing from the soil,
But everything that is needed is within the acorn.
And just like that lily on the field that does not spin,
That does not toil,
That does not effort or struggle,
And yet is so beautifully and abundantly provided for,
So are you.
Beautifully and abundantly provided for in every single moment,
As you are God's beloved and His spirit is well pleased in you.
Everything needed for you to allow for the next great and grand version of who and what you are is abundantly provided for now,
Always,
And forever.
You have never been missing anything.
You have never been lacking anything.
But everything needed for you to be here in this now moment has been provided for,
And so you will always be abundantly provided for.
You will always have all the resources,
All the knowledge,
All the strength,
All the wisdom,
All the courage.
Everything needed for you to continue to expand is fully and freely given.
The sun,
Which is such a beautiful expression of God's grace and abundance,
It holds nothing back.
It asks for nothing in return,
And yet it just keeps on shining and shining and shining,
Not taking anything from the world around it,
But emanating everything from within.
That same divine intelligence is right where you are.
The sun is sourced,
Fueled,
And funded by the same one source of everything that you are,
That all of nature is.
As God is what you are,
And you are what God is,
It is God's deepest desire and intention to make sure that you have everything that you need,
Everything that you need,
To make sure that you are abundantly provided for,
That you are missing nothing,
Nothing,
That you are lacking nothing,
But that everything that you need is given.
In truth,
Everything that you need to keep moving forward,
To keep allowing for that next great and grand version of who and what you are,
Everything that you need has already been given,
Because it is who and what you are.
The highest possibility for you and your life already exists within the infinite mind of spirit,
And it is this loving presence,
Its deepest desire and will,
That this highest possibility come into fruition,
Fruition,
Come into demonstration,
Come into manifestation in as and through you.
I know that right where you are in this now moment,
In every single moment,
I know that all is well.
I know that something wonderful is happening,
And that everything is working for your highest good,
And I know this simply because spirit is the only thing that is happening.
This loving presence is good,
Benevolent,
And it is always expressing itself perfectly,
So this loving presence will not ever move you into a space without absolutely making sure that you had everything needed to move through that space.
Spirit,
God,
This loving presence is benevolent.
It is always for itself,
And as you and God are one,
It means that everything is for you.
It means that everything that you need to graduate from where you are,
To expand,
To grow,
Or to the next level,
Everything is already provided.
You are always abundantly provided for in this now moment,
In every single moment.
Anything else and anything less would be God going against itself,
And God cannot ever go against itself.
Spirit cannot ever be against itself or compromise itself.
It's always for itself,
And you,
My dear,
Are God's beloved in whom spirit is well-pleased.
For this and so,
So much more,
I give thanks,
Knowing that this is already done.
It has already happened in the infinite mind of spirit.
You've always been provided for.
You will always be abundantly provided for.
For this,
I give thanks,
And as I release this word,
I do so fully surrendered to this doneness,
Fully allowing this is-ness to demonstrate,
To manifest,
To clothe itself in,
As,
And through your life.
This is happening now.
This is happening with ease and grace,
And I let it.
I let it.
So it is.
So be it.
So shall it be.
So you are.
So this loving presence is,
As it is the only thing that is happening,
As you are one.
Amen.
