Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom and this sleep meditation called All Needs Met.
My name is Daniel Roqueo and as always I'm grateful and honored that you are choosing to join me,
That you are tuning in,
Allowing me to tell this bedtime story that will allow you to drift off into a peaceful,
Restful and beautiful sleep.
So the purpose of this meditation is for you to come into the feeling tone that in this now moment,
In every single moment,
All of your needs are met,
That you are provided for,
That you're lacking nothing,
That you're missing nothing.
And so in this moment I invite you to make yourself comfortable.
Whatever that means to you,
To make yourself comfortable,
If it means you laying flat on your back or if it means you laying on your side or on your belly with perhaps pillows underneath your feet or your knees,
Half sitting up,
Whatever comfortable means to you,
I invite you to make yourself very,
Very comfortable.
And I invite you in this moment to close your eyes and to allow a beautiful smile to play across your face.
This is not a frivolous smile but this is a vibrational tool.
It is a healing agent because whenever we smile,
And it doesn't really matter if we truly feel like smiling or if we are faking it,
But this smile sends the signal to the body that all is well.
So that the body may begin to relax and begin to produce and distribute these healing chemicals,
Tonic chemicals.
Chemicals that are good for the body,
That are good for the mind,
That are good for the soul.
So I invite you to bring that smile onto your face and I invite you to keep a slight smile on your face as we move into the meditation.
So in this now moment I invite you to take a deep breath in.
Breathing in through your nose and breathing in peace.
And breathing out everything that is not in alignment with peace.
All the fears,
The worries,
The doubts.
Another deep breath in.
Breathing in trust.
And breathing out any sense of lack,
Scarcity,
Separation.
One last breath in.
Breathing in the benevolence of spirit,
The goodness of God.
And breathing out everything,
Every sense,
Every belief,
Every perception that is not in alignment with this benevolence.
And as we move deeper into the meditation,
As each breath is giving the body permission to relax,
To release tension,
Let us now turn our attention toward the breath.
And what we want to be aware of is that the body with its divine intelligence knows exactly when to breathe,
How to breathe,
How much air to breathe in,
When to breathe out,
And all of that.
So we do not need to participate in the breathing.
We do not need to make the breathing happen.
We can simply surrender,
Relax,
Observe,
And witness the breath as it happens.
Witness and observe as the air flows in and out,
As the chest rises and falls.
And as we now move deeper into the meditation,
Let us take on the feeling tone that all is well in this now moment.
And let's give the peace that follows permission to move us deeper into stillness,
Into silence.
And we want to begin,
As you keep your attention on the breath while still listening to these words,
We want to begin in gratitude.
So in this now moment,
How grateful I am for this now moment.
How grateful I am for the divine intelligence that makes sure that the body breathes,
That makes sure that the heart beats,
That makes sure that the body has everything it needs to function.
How grateful am I for this breath,
For this heartbeat.
How grateful am I for the peace that is here in this now moment,
For the harmony that is here in this now moment,
For the wholeness that is here in this now moment.
How grateful am I to be on this beautiful path of continuously going deeper and wider and higher into peace,
Harmony,
And wholeness.
And in this now moment,
How grateful am I for you,
For your participation that you are choosing to tune in.
I'm grateful for your willingness,
For your courage.
I'm grateful that I get to be present with you,
And that I get to be in your presence,
Knowing that the only thing that is happening here and now is this loving presence that I choose to call God,
That I choose to call Spirit,
That others choose to call a higher power,
Or love,
Or the universe,
Or the infinite field,
Or divine matrix.
But whatever we call it,
It is all there is.
It is the one mind.
It is the one power.
It is the one life.
It is the one source of everything.
The one source of everything.
And this loving presence,
Presence,
It is good.
It is benevolent,
Always for itself.
It cannot ever be against itself.
It cannot ever go against itself,
Or compromise itself,
Or contradict itself.
But wherever this loving presence is,
The fullness of it is.
And it is always seeking to come into ever greater and grander expressions of itself.
And to that end,
It is eternally sourcing,
And fueling,
And funding itself,
Guiding,
And leading,
And moving itself,
Itself,
Always making sure that everything that it needs is provided for in the moment of need.
And as we are one with this loving presence,
As you are one with this loving presence,
As you are what it is,
And it is what you are,
As you are unique,
Perfect,
Whole,
Complete expression,
And emanation of this loving presence,
As it is eternally sourcing,
And fueling,
And funding itself,
As you are one,
It means that you are eternally sourced,
Fueled,
Funded.
It means that everything that you need in any given moment,
Everything that you need to allow for the next great and grand version of who and what you are to emerge,
In the moment of need,
It is here.
It is given.
You're lacking nothing.
You are missing nothing,
But all of your needs are met,
Just like all of the needs are met in nature.
That lily on the field that does not spin,
That does not toil,
That does not effort or struggle,
Even though it does none of these things,
It is still beautifully,
Powerfully,
And abundantly provided for,
Just like the body has all it needs to breathe,
As it has all it needs to circulate the blood and the oxygen.
So,
Do you,
In any given area of your life,
Have everything that you need to move into expansion,
To allow yourself to be moved closer,
And closer,
And closer to the highest possibility for you and your life?
It is God's deepest desire that you allow for that highest possibility to emerge.
So,
God's Spirit is in every single moment,
Designing,
Orchestrating the emergence of that possibility.
You,
In every single moment,
Are provided for,
Carried,
Embraced,
Held by this loving presence that is for you,
That is always for you.
So,
I know that right where you are in this now moment,
All is well.
I know that right where you are in this now moment,
And in every single moment,
That something wonderful is always happening.
I know that in this now moment,
In every single moment,
Everything is working for your highest good,
Which means that all of your needs are met.
All the strength you will ever need,
It is here.
It is here.
All the knowledge you will ever need,
In the moment of need,
It is here.
All the resources that you will ever need,
In the moment of need,
They are here.
Anything else,
Anything less,
Would be Spirit going against itself,
And Spirit cannot,
Can not,
Ever go against itself.
But it is always for itself.
So,
God is for you,
You,
And the whole universe is conspiring on your behalf.
The whole universe is conspiring to see you allow for the greatest,
The grandest expression of who and what you are to emerge,
To be revealed,
To be expressed.
All of your needs are met.
You are safe,
You are secure,
And God is saying,
You are my beloved,
And in you,
I am well pleased.
God is saying,
You are my beloved,
And in you,
I am well pleased.
God is saying this now.
Spirit has always been saying this.
So,
There's nothing you need to prove.
There's nothing you need to do to deserve.
There's nothing you need to do to qualify yourself,
To be worthy.
You are enough.
You are enough.
You already are all that you will ever be.
There's nothing you can add onto yourself to become more.
But all you can do is to release,
Let go of that which is obstructing and obscuring the light that you are,
The peace that you are,
The harmony,
The wholeness that you are,
That you are to emerge.
Because they are not missing.
They are not lacking.
They are here.
Just like the oak tree is within the acorn.
Just like the butterfly is within the caterpillar.
The caterpillar is not making the oak tree happen.
The acorn is not making the oak tree happen.
But both the butterfly and the oak tree is emerging from within,
Courtesy of this divine intelligence.
So,
In the same way that all of nature is beautifully and abundantly provided for,
So are you.
All of your needs are met.
You are lacking nothing.
You are missing nothing.
All of your needs are met in this now moment,
In every single moment.
All is well,
My beloved.
Something wonderful is always happening.
Everything is working for your highest good.
Now,
Always,
Forever.
For this and so,
So much more,
I give thanks.
I give thanks knowing that this is already done.
In the infinite mind,
The highest possibility for you and for your life already exists.
And it is now demonstrating,
Manifesting,
Revealing,
Expressing itself here in this dimension,
In,
As,
And through you.
In such a beautiful,
Powerful,
And magnificent way.
For this,
I give thanks.
And as I release these words,
I know that they are now demonstrating,
Manifesting themselves in such a beautiful,
Beautiful,
Magnificent,
And abundant way.
And I let them.
I surrender to them.
I allow them to be.
So it is.
So be it.
So shall it be.
So you are.
So God is.
As you are one.
