As we move along the paths of freedom, awakening, and manifestation, we are bound to come face to face with fear. Fear is actually one of the most major stumbling blocks that we will encounter, and so if we want to keep moving forward, we need to find a way to overcome the fear and not let it run us

The blessings and welcome to the path to freedom.

My name is Daniel Rukeo and you know as always I'm deeply grateful and honored and I feel very privileged that you're choosing to tune in,

That you're choosing to participate,

That you're choosing to spend a moment in expanding your consciousness and raising your vibration.

I'm grateful to have you here.

And so welcome to this session that is about overcoming fear,

Which is one of the most major stumbling blocks that we will ever encounter as we walk along the path of freedom,

As we walk along the path of manifestation,

Along the path of awakening.

Because whenever we move,

Most of us are so used to staying in our comfort zones,

So used to remaining the same,

Year in,

Year out,

Decade in,

Decade out.

But once we begin to move along the path of freedom and once we begin to say yes and willingly participate in forever allowing for greater and greater expressions of that,

Of who and what we are,

Of allowing for more good than we could ever imagine to flow into our lives,

For us to move forward,

We need to change.

Not once,

Not every once in a while,

But over and over and over and over again,

Constantly allowing for the release and let go of the old version of who and what we used to be,

So that the new may emerge.

And as we move into these uncharted territories,

As we move out of our comfort zones,

The ego reacts and it reacts with fear,

Seeking to keep us where we are,

Seeking to keep us from growing,

From expanding.

And so we may experience a lot of fear about the future.

And we need to find a way to overcome these fears in order to move forward and in order to align ourselves with the sacred laws,

So that they may begin to work for us,

Support us,

Guide and lead and move us in the direction of the good that we decide,

In the direction of our intentions,

In the direction of our visions.

When overcoming fear,

There are two things we need to realize.

First of all,

The fear,

It has no validity in most cases.

It has no validity at all.

It is not a truth.

It is not real in the sense that it is what is.

I mean,

It is what it is inside of us.

We experience the fear and that is real.

But in terms of reality with a capital R,

The fear is not real because the fear arises.

The fear is an emotional response or actually emotional reaction to stories and fantasies and make up beliefs about what may or may not happen in some future moment.

That's what the fear is.

So the ego projects stories,

Fantasies,

Beliefs about worst case scenarios,

Doom and gloom,

About how bad it is and how bad it's going to get.

And these stories,

When we buy into them,

When we attach ourselves to them,

We experience fear.

So that's the beginning point,

The awareness that what I am experiencing as a thought form,

As a belief,

As a perception,

As an emotional response or reaction,

It is built upon a sand castle,

It is built upon something that is not a foundational structure.

It is built upon a perception or a story that I have about the future.

Once we realize,

Once we become aware of experiencing the fear,

Then there are two things we need to lean into.

First of all,

To allow for space to open up so that we can unattach ourselves,

So that we can break free from these fears and these stories.

So we need to find a way to come back to the nowness of this moment because the ego only exists in time.

We have past,

We have present,

We have the future.

And as long as we are in time,

In the linearity of time,

Then we are going to be caught up and captured and held prisoner by these fantasies,

These stories.

So we need to find a way to come back out of time,

To move ourselves out of time,

To come back to the nowness of this moment.

And my absolute number one favorite tool to do that is to simply come back to the breath.

So I become aware of the stories that I'm entertaining,

The stories that I'm buying into.

I become aware of them.

I take a couple of deep breaths,

Allowing for space to open up between me and the story,

Allowing for me to move back into the consciousness that I am,

Observing,

Witnessing the content that flows through the consciousness.

And from here on out,

I lean into what I know to be true.

And what I know to be true is that all is well in every single moment,

That something wonderful is always happening,

That everything is working for the highest good.

So we lean into,

We find a way,

Once we've anchored ourselves,

Once we've centered ourselves,

We lean into the knowing and feeling of the fundamental goodness of spirit,

That life is good,

Regardless of my perceptions of it,

Regardless of my judgments of it,

Regardless of my thoughts and opinions about it,

Thoughts as to what should and should not be.

Life is good,

Fundamentally.

And this is eternal.

This is not something that goes in and out.

But this is what is.

Life is good.

So I lean into that.

And now I've broken free from the fear.

Now I can observe and witness the fear.

I can still move forward,

Not run by the fear,

But in spite of the fear.

So that's another thing that we need to realize and become aware of,

That we can absolutely move forward.

We can absolutely keep going in spite of the fear,

In spite of whatever stories the ego is telling us about the dangers that are lurking around the corner or how bad it's going to get or the pit of doom that I'm about to stumble into.

I can keep moving forward in the direction of the good that I desire,

In the direction of my intentions,

In the direction of our visions.

We can still keep moving forward in spite of the fear.

And when we do that,

We evoke the sacred laws to work for us,

Because we are not run by the fear.

But we are run,

We are motivated,

We are moving from a space of trusting,

Of knowing that all is well.

And as the sacred laws can only mirror our predominant vibration,

When we move from that space,

They can only reflect and mirror back the essence and the substance of that knowing and feeling.

So now we've got the whole universe at our back,

Supporting,

Moving,

Guiding,

Leading us in the direction that we want to go in.

On the other side,

When we,

If we,

Choose to or choose not to,

Or it's not always a conscious choice,

But when we move out of fear,

Then we are,

The message that we're sending,

The vibrational message that we're carrying,

Is that something bad is going to happen.

Life is not good.

Life is not for me.

All is not well.

Something wonderful is not always happening.

Everything is not working for the highest good.

And as the sacred laws can only reflect and mirror back what we project in terms of vibration,

You know,

Consciousness always precedes form,

When we move out of fear,

We're actually calling forth into our experience the very thing that we are fearing,

The substance and essence of what we are fearing.

So how to overcome fear?

I'm aware that I am experiencing fear.

Come back to the nowness of this moment,

Allowing for space to open up,

Lean into the fundamental goodness of spirit,

Trust that all is well,

Trust that something wonderful is happening,

Trust that everything is working for the highest good,

And then keep moving in spite of the fear.

The ego will make up excuses,

And it will make up excuses,

And it will throw everything that it has against us to keep moving forward.

But once we do,

And once we gain the experience that I moved past the fear,

I moved through it,

I've moved past it,

And I'm still here,

Life is still good,

When we gain that experience,

Little by little by little,

Our attachment to these fears,

Our habitual buying into them,

Believing them,

It begins to dissolve.

And we become freer and freer and freer,

And this is what it is to walk along the path of freedom.

This is freedom.

Not being run by fears,

But moving toward the good that we desire in spite of our fears.

So that's my invitation.

Become aware,

Come back to the nowness of this moment,

Lean into the good that you desire,

Actually lean into the fundamental good of spirit,

And then keep moving forward.

And you'll see that a whole new world opens up.
