Meditation - Ask & Receive
Meditation is perhaps the most powerful tool there is when it comes to calling forth the peace, love, joy, harmony, abundance, and wholeness that is inherent within each of us. As such, I have been guided to create this The way of Meditation Series. Each session begins with brief teaching around meditation followed by a meditation sitting. I invite you to join me for a beautiful, healing, soothing and empowering moment of becoming still through meditation. Namaste, Daniel

Blessings and welcome to the way of meditation.
My name is Daniel Rocchio and as always I'm deeply grateful and honored and privileged and joyed,
Overjoyed that you are choosing to join me,
That you're choosing to participate in a moment of expanding our consciousness in a moment of raising our vibration and allowing for even greater expressions of who and what we are to emerge through the means of meditation,
Which simply means to be fully present in the nowness of this moment.
And so meditation is not about doing anything,
But it is about being and being alone.
The theme of this particular meditation is ask and receive.
And while meditation is about being fully present in the nowness of this moment,
We can use meditation as a portal or a gateway or an instrument of catching guidance,
Seeking guidance,
Asking for guidance and receiving it.
Because any question that we ask,
Spirit will always answer.
And Spirit always answers in a way that we can all understand as unique and perfect individuals.
And so as we move into the meditation,
We can simply pose a question.
We pose a question and as we move into the meditation,
As we become still,
As we turn our attention toward our breath,
We listen.
We make ourselves open and available for that question to be answered or actually for us to catch the answer in a language and in a way that we can understand.
And so in this moment I'm inviting you to briefly turn within,
Become still and ask,
And ask what question do I need to ask?
What question am I to ask in this moment?
And this can be about anything,
Clarification about a choice that we are faced with,
How to move or navigate through a challenge that has come into our experience or something else.
Just asking questions such as what is the nature of love or what is the nature of abundance or what is the nature of wholeness?
These are beautiful questions to ask to assist us in expanding our consciousness,
In gaining a greater understanding,
A fuller understanding,
A deeper understanding so that we can continue to go ever deeper and wider and higher along the path of freedom,
Along the path of awakening.
And so just take a few moments to turn within and seek guidance as to what question is yours to ask in this moment.
And if nothing comes up,
That's alright.
And so in this moment let's begin to move into the meditation.
And so I'm inviting you to make yourself comfortable.
I'm inviting you to close your eyes,
To put a smile on your face,
A healing smile,
Letting your body know that it is safe to begin to create the conditions for healing and wholeness and harmony and balance within itself.
And while we smile,
Invite us to close our eyes and to gently tap between our eyebrows to activate that inner eye,
That divine eye,
The first eye,
Allowing us to see that which cannot be seen with our human eyes,
To hear that which cannot be heard with our human ears or caught with our human senses.
And while we smile and while we tap,
Let's set an intention for this meditation.
And my intentions are always for me to wake up to whom I am and to forever allow for greater and greater expressions of that whom and what to emerge.
We can release the tapping and I invite us to place our hands in our lap,
Palms facing upward,
Thumb and middle finger touching as a sign of receptivity.
And as we turn our attention toward our breath,
Let's be aware that the breath has four stages to it.
The in-breath,
The space between in and out-breath,
The out-breath,
The space between in and out-breath.
And we want to seek to have our attention stayed on the breath through these four stages,
Which allows us to sustain our attention on the breath for longer and longer periods and with much greater ease and grace.
And we also want to be aware that the body is fully capable and able of doing the breathing by itself.
And what this means is that we do not need to make the breathing happen,
We do not need to participate in the breathing,
But we can simply allow the breathing to happen,
Observe it,
Witness it as it happens.
And as we take on the feeling tone that all is well in this moment,
Let's give the peace that follows permission to move us deep,
Deep,
Deep into the stillness and into the silence.
And as we move into the stillness,
As we move into the silence,
We make ourselves open,
Available,
Receptive to catch the answer to whatever question we were guided to ask.
And if you did not catch a question to ask,
Keep listening for a question for you to ask.
And know that God through the still small voice speaks in a language and in a way that we can all understand through sounds,
Through feelings,
Through visions,
Through physical sensations,
Through an inner knowing,
Or infinite number of ways.
And so we want to be aware of anything that we become aware of that we feel to be an answer to our question.
Come back to the breath and begin again,
Still listening,
Still attentive,
Still receptive.
Pacific Come back to the breath.
Step and begin again.
Listen.
Pay attention.
Receive.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Still open and available,
Still listening,
Still receptive.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Still listening.
Paying attention.
Catching the answers.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Receiving,
Receiving,
Receiving the guidance that is being presented to you in a language and in a way that you can understand.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
And begin again.
Come back to the breath.
Come back to listening.
Come back to receiving.
And begin again.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Open,
Available,
Receptive,
Catch,
Guidance,
Catch answers in a language and in a way that you can understand.
And begin again.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Catching,
Receiving.
All answers to your questions.
All answers to your questions.
All answers to your questions.
All answers to your questions.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
All answers to your questions.
All answers to your questions.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Stay open.
Stay open.
Stay available.
Stay receptive.
To catch,
To receive.
And as I move us into prayer,
I invite you to remain open,
Available,
Receptive,
To catch not only answers and guidance,
But also the vibration of this prayer.
Allowing it to lift you into an even higher vibration,
An even more expanded consciousness.
And so in this moment,
How good it is to be here.
How good it is to be here in the nowness of this moment.
To know and feel the peace that is here.
To know and feel the love that is here.
To know and feel the joy that is here.
To know and feel the abundance that is here,
The wholeness that is here,
The beauty that is here in each and every single moment.
And how grateful I am for the grace of God.
The love of God that never withholds anything from us,
That never denies us anything,
That never keeps anything from us.
But that gives and shares fully and freely of all of that which Spirit is.
All of the knowledge,
All of the wisdom,
All of the guidance.
Everything that Spirit is,
Is fully and freely given to everyone because there is only God.
Wherever you are,
Wherever I am,
Whoever you are,
Whoever I am,
We in God are one.
There is only Spirit.
Spirit is we are.
And as I know and feel that Spirit is good and that Spirit is all there is,
That Spirit is always.
I know and I feel that Spirit is eternally sourcing and fueling and funding itself,
Guiding and leading and moving itself into ever greater and greater expressions.
And as God is omniscient,
The knower of all,
The seer of all.
Every answer to any question,
Every information,
Every piece of information that we'll ever need,
Any kind of guidance that we'll ever seek is within the infinite mind of Spirit.
So there is no question that we can ask that Spirit does not know the answer to because God knows everything.
As God is the same always and forever and as God is fully present in every space,
Every place,
Every being,
Every object,
In all of creation.
As God is the creation and the creator.
God knows all and God sees all.
And as we ask and as we make ourselves open and available,
As we become still,
As we turn within,
As we tune into that still small voice,
All that we will ever need is given to us exactly when we need it.
Every answer to any question will be given to us when we need it.
This I know and this I feel that we're all beautifully sourced,
Fueled and funded,
Abundantly sourced,
Fueled and funded in any sense of the word.
With every sense of these words,
Everything that we need,
We will be given when we need it.
And when we come back to the nowness of this moment,
We make ourselves open and available to receive that which is always being broadcast from the infinite mind,
From the infinite intelligence,
From the divine matrix,
From the unified field,
From God,
From Spirit.
So it is through us coming back to the nowness of this moment,
It is through us turning within and becoming still,
That we're able to catch the guidance and the answers to all our questions,
To all of our needs.
I know that this is so,
I absolutely know that this is so,
I absolutely feel that this is so.
So right where you are,
You are right where you are meant to be in this very moment.
By divine design,
By divine grace,
You are exactly where you need to be.
The same goes for all of us.
The same goes for all of us.
And as I release this word,
I do so fully knowing and fully feeling that in the mind of God,
All is well.
Regardless of conditions,
Regardless of circumstances,
Regardless of challenges,
Regardless of judgments and opinions,
And our thoughts as to what should and should not be,
All is well.
And I absolutely know and I absolutely feel that in the mind of God,
Something wonderful is truly happening in every single moment.
Every single moment of every single day,
Of every single week,
Of every single month,
Of every single year,
In all and for all of eternity.
And in the mind of God,
Everything is working for the highest good.
All of this I know,
All of this I feel,
I accept it,
I give thanks for it,
I allow it to be.
So it is,
So be it and so shall it.
Amen.
Amen.
AShei,
Aho,
Hotep,
Shalom,
Salaam and Hallelujah.
Thank you so so much for tuning in,
For participating.
Until the next time,
I bless,
Bless,
Bless your day and I bless,
Bless,
Bless your way.
Namaste.
