It Is Not Us Doing It

As we are moving along the Path to Freedom, we need to learn to release and let go of the micromanaging, the controlling, the trying to make anything happen - as these bring us nothing but suffering (mental, emotional, physical). A seed planted in the ground does not make anything happen. The mother does not make the baby happen. The caterpillar does not make the butterfly happen. Nor are we ever making anything happen. I invite you to join me as we move deep into exploring the art of surrender.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom and this beautiful space of us setting ourselves free to soar,

Free to be in ever-expanding love and joy and peace and harmony,

Free to allow for the next great and grand version,

Continuously allowing for the next great and grand version of who we are to emerge,

To well up from within us,

To come into demonstration in us and through us.

My name is Daniel Rocchio and I want to thank you as always that you are choosing to join me,

That you're actually choosing,

I mean out of the infinite number of choices available to us in any given moment,

Close to infinite at least,

You're making to make this choice or you're choosing to make this choice and and for that I'm very grateful and honored and privileged.

So today we are exploring,

So we're not only setting ourselves free to be,

But we're also setting ourselves free from and one of the things that we get to set ourselves free from is the sense of not being enough,

A sense of fear and worry and doubt and recently I had a conversation with an individual that were expressing a lot of fear and a lot of self-doubt.

This individual,

He is about to move into a space through which he's not moved through before.

He's being called to allow for a next,

A greater,

A grander,

More luminous,

More vibrant,

More magnificent expression of whom what he is to emerge and this he realizes,

But he still is experiencing a lot of fear and worry around this and how he chooses to give voice to this is by saying that,

What if I can't do it?

What if I can't do it?

And so we got to have a beautiful conversation around what it means to be a spiritual being,

What it means to be a unique perfect whole and complete emanation of spirit,

What it means to be God is in itself and doing itself in us and through us and what it means is that we're not doing anything.

We,

There is no we separate from,

There is no I separate from spirit.

This loving presence that I choose to call God or spirit,

It is the only thing there is,

The one power,

The one mind,

The one intelligence,

The one source of everything.

It is loving presence that is fully present,

That is being itself,

Expressing itself,

Doing itself in us and through all of creation,

Every space,

Every place,

Every being,

Every object.

So there is no separation in spirit.

There is no we and it.

It is only it as us,

In us,

Through us.

We are it.

It is what we are.

So there is only oneness in God and obviously we can cut ourselves off from the conscious realization of that oneness.

We cannot ever cut ourselves off from the oneness.

The oneness is always there.

So whenever we do anything,

We are not beating our hearts,

We are not breathing,

We are not digesting,

We are not healing our bodies,

But it is the divine intelligence that is doing all of this,

That is doing all of this.

So whenever we move into a,

As in this individual's case,

A creative endeavor,

A new creative space,

First of all,

The idea or the vision or the intention that this individual caught and that we all catch from time to time,

These are divine seeds.

These are divine seeds planted within our consciousness.

And just like if we were to plant a lilac seed in the ground,

We would not have to do anything for that seed to begin to unfold and to expand into the lilac bush or the lilac hedge or whatever it is destined to become.

But within the seed,

Inherent within any seed is the highest possibility for that seed and every seed has a life of its own,

Meaning that it has everything it needs.

It has everything it needs.

A seed planted in the ground doesn't take anything from the ground.

Granted,

Yes,

The conditions for that particular seed,

Be it a lilac seed or a rose seed or a sunflower seed or tomato seed or apple seed or whatever kind of seed,

The conditions need to be right.

Like a palm tree would not flourish in Alaska,

Perhaps.

A palm tree would not make it through the winter here in Sweden.

So the conditions need to be right and ripe for the seed.

But when the conditions are right and ripe,

The seed has a life of its own and everything it needs,

It's inherent,

It's encoded,

It's ingrained within the seed.

And this is so for every single vision and intention and dream that we catch.

These are divine seeds planted within our consciousness.

It is our job,

Yes,

To make sure that our consciousness is fertile ground for this particular seed.

What does that mean?

That means that we need to do the work of becoming aware of and then doing the work of releasing and letting go that which is not in alignment with the seed,

That which is not fertile ground for the seed.

So fears,

Worries,

Doubts,

A sense of not being enough,

A sense of not having enough,

A sense of separation,

A sense of lack and scarcity.

These are not in alignment with the highest possibility for this particular seed that has been planted within our consciousness.

But other than that,

It is not up to us to do anything.

We cannot make anything happen.

We can allow it to happen through us.

We can make it welcome to happen through us.

But we are not making it happen.

But who is it that is making it happen?

It is the divine intelligence.

It is this loving presence that is making it all happen,

That is making everything and anything happen.

We are participating in the happening,

Yes.

But in the infinite mind,

It's already done.

It's already happened.

So the only thing that we need to do is to make us to trim our consciousness to be open and available,

To be the instrument,

To be the vessel,

To be the conduit through which the happening happens.

Just like Jesus said,

It's not me that is doing the work,

It's the Father within me that is doing the work.

The human embryo does not make itself happen,

Nor does the mother make the embryo happen,

Nor does the dad make the baby happen.

But it happens from within.

A tree that grows,

Grows from within.

It is not adding anything to itself.

The tree is not adding branches to itself.

The flower does not add petals to itself.

But everything emerges from within.

It's inherent within.

It's inherent within.

So our job is not to make it happen,

Only to allow that which already here,

That which we already are,

To come forth,

To demonstrate itself.

So in the case of this individual,

As is the case for many of us,

Our job,

Our work,

Is mostly in our own consciousness,

Rooting out those small and limited thought patterns.

I can't do it.

I am not enough.

I'm not wealthy enough,

I'm not smart enough,

I'm not educated enough,

I'm not white enough,

I'm not whatever the case may be,

Or I'm too old,

I'm too fat,

I'm too skinny.

All these small and limited beliefs that we have around ourselves.

Because we can absolutely rest assured that we would not catch.

I mean,

We are talking about a cosmic gardener that knows all,

That sees all,

That is the source of all.

So this beautiful gardener,

And I'm speaking about that,

This magnificent gardener,

He knows exactly where to plant whatever seeds it is planting.

It knows exactly,

Like any seasoned and experienced gardener knows which seeds to plant,

When to plant them,

And how to plant them.

So does God know which seeds to plant,

When to plant them,

And how to plant them.

So whenever we catch a vision,

Whenever we catch an intention,

We're so wise to trust that we are being implanted,

We are,

I don't like the word selected,

But we're being chosen in a way to be the fertile ground,

The fertile soil for this particular seed.

God has chosen us,

And this sounds like as though God is out there and we're down here,

But that's not the case.

But we're dealing with language,

Which its very nature is dualistic.

So we get to live with the limitations of language.

But as in the case of this individual,

He would not have caught this idea had God not seen it fit for him to be the fertile soil,

To be the fertile ground for this seed.

And as we catch these beautiful seeds,

We're so wise to trust that whatever we need to learn,

And whatever we need to have in terms of resources,

Or time,

Or money,

Or whatever the case may be,

When we need it,

We will have it.

It is not in God's nature to ever be against itself.

Spirit cannot ever contradict itself.

It is always seeking to come into ever greater and grander expressions of itself,

In,

As,

And through all of creation.

So when we catch a seed,

It is the perfect,

We are the perfect vessel for that seed,

First of all,

And when we catch it,

It is the perfect time for this seed.

Yes,

We need to rise up.

We need to do the inner work of be the expanding conduit for this seed.

And the bigger the vision,

The more work we're being called to do,

The more we will be called to release and let go of.

If it's a mighty,

Mighty,

Mighty vision,

We need to,

You know,

Like a snake sheds its skin to fit the next great and grand expression of the snake,

So do we continuously need to shed our skin,

Shed our suits,

Release and let go of those shoes that fit,

So that there's always room for expansion.

So absolutely there's inner work to be done,

But we will always be guided to what work to do,

When to do it,

How to do it.

God will not plant a seed within us unless God knew,

Unless God had already qualified us as being the perfect soil for the highest expression,

The highest expression for this particular seed to expand,

To unfold into.

So by virtue of our catching the seed,

We know,

We know that we have it within us to do it,

Or to allow,

Excuse me,

Not to do it,

To allow it,

To allow it to demonstrate and manifest itself here in this dimension,

In us and through us,

Step by step by step.

God knows what needs to happen,

How it needs to happen,

When it needs to happen,

And we get to trust that,

And we get to listen and obey,

Listen to that inner guidance,

That still small voice that is continuously,

Eternally beckoning us,

Nudging us,

Whispering words of wisdom and guidance,

So that we may be that vessel,

So that we may be that instrument,

That we may be the servant of this particular seed.

So it's not up to us,

It's not us doing anything,

We're simply allowing that which is,

Or it is,

In the infant mind,

We're allowing it,

That doneness,

That isness,

To demonstrate and manifest itself here in this dimension,

In us and through us.
