Healing Meditation: I Am Enough (One Hour Short Version)

I invite you to join me in this guided meditation to move us into a profound sense of self-love and appreciation. Allow these words to wash away any previous small and limited stories and beliefs around your intrinsic worth and value. Allow them to replace these with a new narrative, arising from a deep inner knowing that your worth and value truly are intrinsic, that they have nothing to do with accomplishments or achievements, what you have done or not done.

As repetition always is the key, I invite you to come back to this meditation for at least 30 days in a row.

I'm grateful that you are choosing to join me in expanding our consciousness and allowing for a deep and profound sense of self-love and self-worth to well up from within us.

Thank you for choosing you.

Thank you for saying yes to cultivating unconditional and boundless love for yourself so that you can move through life as the beacon of light and love that you are.

This meditation will help you develop such unconditional love for yourself.

It will help you release and let go of small and limited thoughts,

Stories,

Beliefs,

And perceptions where you and your worth and value are concerned.

As repetition is the key to transforming our minds,

I invite you to listen to these words as often as possible,

At least every day or night for 30 days or more.

Feel free to listen to these words as often as possible while you're out walking,

Commuting,

Cooking,

Cleaning,

Doing laundry,

Gardening,

And so on.

So to really give them permission to create new narratives and paradigms within your mind and then witness and observe as your life begins to be transformed forever and for the better.

And so in this moment,

As the meditation music begins to play,

I invite you to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

I invite you to close your eyes and to bring a smile to your face and let these words and affirmations wash over you.

For the beautiful gift of life.

Universe,

That I get to set myself free to live a wonderful life.

Thank you that I get to step fully into realizing my limitless worth and value.

Thank you that I get to cultivate a deep and profound sense of self-love and self-worth.

A self-love that is not derived from the world's thoughts and opinions of me,

But a love for myself that is welling up from the depth of my being.

As I become aware of and set myself free from the small and limited thoughts,

Judgments,

Opinions,

And stories that I hold about myself,

I allow for an ever-expanding deep sense of love and appreciation for myself to well up from within.

As I release and let go of my habitual ways of beating myself up,

Berating myself,

And judging myself,

I continuously set myself free to authentically and confidently move through life,

No longer trying to win the approval or acceptance of others,

But giving myself permission to live unabashedly and unapologetically.

Thank you,

Universe,

That I get to set myself free far beyond anything I have ever imagined.

I am way more than enough.

I am beautiful.

I am wonderful.

I am perfect just the way I am.

As I am the universe expressing itself as me,

I know and feel that I am a unique,

Perfect,

Whole,

And complete expression of the universe.

I am missing nothing.

I am lacking nothing.

I am always way more than enough.

I always have been,

And I always will be,

And I know and feel that this is so with every fiber of my being.

Any sense of not being enough,

Of not being worthy,

Of not being lovable,

Of not being all right are now dissolved.

I may have believed such small and limited stories in the past.

I may have been attached and identified with them for years,

But as I now,

In this moment,

Realize them for the made-up beliefs,

Stories,

And lies that they are,

They no longer have power over me.

I am now standing in my own authority,

Realizing that my worth and value are intrinsic to my being,

That they are independent of my accomplishments and achievements.

I know that there is nothing I need to do.

There is no one I need to be to prove my worthiness.

I am way more than enough.

In this now moment,

I know and I feel that I am more than enough,

Now,

Always,

And forever.

How wonderful it is to be me.

How wonderful it is to be alive.

I love myself,

And I love my life.

Thank you,

Spirit,

For giving me the gift of life.

Thank you,

Spirit,

For choosing to know yourself as me,

To express yourself as me.

As I am the way Spirit gets to reveal itself,

I know that I matter.

I know that I am important.

I am purposefully made,

And I know that I am a gift to the world.

Just like any rose is a gift to the world,

Just like any nightingale is a gift to the world,

Just like the ocean is a gift to the world,

So am I a divine gift to the world.

A spirit never repeats itself.

Nowhere in creation has there ever been anyone like me,

Nor will there ever be anyone exactly like me.

And so,

If it wasn't for me and my life,

Spirit would not get to know itself in this unique way that only I can bring.

I am a unique,

Perfect,

Whole,

And complete emanation of the universe.

I am and I always have been more than enough.

I am beautiful.

I am amazing.

I am wonderful.

I stand fully in the knowing and feeling that this is so.

I am grateful for my life.

I am grateful for who I am.

I am grateful for who I am becoming.

A spirit is always expressing itself perfectly.

I know that I am not a mistake.

I am not meaningless.

Regardless of the stories others may have been telling me,

Regardless of the stories I may have been telling myself,

Allowing my inherent beauty to radiate into the world,

I know that I am exactly when,

Where,

And who I am meant to be in this very now moment.

A spirit is eternally seeking to come into ever greater and grander expressions in,

As,

And through my life.

I know that I inherently have gifts,

Talents,

And abilities that I don't even know about yet,

And I know that it is my purpose and mission to share these with the world.

I know that I have been given everything I need to give and share them in the highest possible way.

I am not a mistake.

I am not flawed.

I am not missing anything.

I know that the only limitations I experience in my life are the ones I impose upon myself by attaching myself to small and limited stories,

Beliefs,

And perceptions about myself and my life.

Beyond and underneath these,

I am always way more than enough.

I have always been way more than enough.

I always will be way more than enough.

There is nothing I need to prove.

There is nothing I need to deserve.

I can hear the universe saying,

You are my beloved,

And in you I am well pleased.

Now,

Always,

And forever.

I hear it,

And I say it to myself.

I am my beloved,

In whom I am well pleased.

Knowing that anything repeated enough times becomes lodged in my subconsciousness and begins to operate as a law in my life,

I come back to these words over and over and over again.

I am swimming,

Moving,

And having my beingness in a field of unconditional love.

I am made of unconditional love.

I was created in and out of unconditional love.

God has no agenda for me.

Spirit doesn't require me to do or be anything,

Because Spirit doesn't judge.

God doesn't punish.

The universe has no favorites.

We are all equal in the mind of Spirit,

And so I stand in the full knowing that all those judgments and opinions I have about myself,

They have nothing to do with Spirit,

Nor do they have anything to do with any other individual.

They are all in me,

And as I buy into them,

I give them power to run my life.

Knowing this,

I am now setting myself free from them.

Realizing this,

I am now standing in my own authority.

Through my affirming,

Declaring,

And decreeing a profound and unconditional love for myself,

My old conditionings and programmings are now dissolving.

From this moment on,

Rather than beating myself up and judging myself,

I choose to appreciate and celebrate myself.

From this moment on,

I say yes to loving myself up every chance I get,

As often as I can remember.

I move forward,

Falling ever more deeply in love with every aspect of who and what I am.

I move forward in ever-expanding appreciation for myself and all that I am.

I am way more than enough.

I love myself.

I appreciate myself.

I adore myself,

Not because of my achievements or accomplishments,

But simply because I am.

My love for myself is unconditional.

Just like the sun shines unconditionally,

And the rain rains without withhold,

So am I loving myself fully,

Wholly,

And completely.

I move through life poised and confident in the full knowing that my worth and value are intrinsic.

I move through the world as a shining,

Glowing,

And radiant expression of spirit in the full knowing that I am way more than enough.

That I always have been way more than enough.

That I always will be way more than enough.

In this I trust.

I know and feel that this is so.

I know and feel that this is the truth of my being.

I am living in absolute oneness with the One.

My life is a unique,

Perfect,

Whole,

And complete expression of the One.

All is well here.

All is well now.

I love myself.

I love my life.

I am beautiful and I am wonderful.

I rejoice in all that I am.

I appreciate all that I am.

I know that there is no moment when I am less than enough.

I know that there is no space or place when I am not enough.

I know that I am eternally way more than enough.

Regardless of what I did or didn't do,

Regardless of what I am able and capable of doing in any given moment,

Thank you spirit for helping me know this.

Thank you universe for helping me feel this.

Steeped in gratitude,

I give thanks that I get to soar,

Shine,

And blow beyond anything I have ever imagined.

Thank you God that I get to share my inherent beauty with the world.

I am a divine being of love and light,

Made in the image and likeness of spirit,

Which means that I have everything I need to live a beautiful life.

I know that I have a mandate to live a good life,

That I have a mandate to live a prosperous life,

That I have a mandate to live a healthy life,

That I have a mandate to live an abundant life.

I know that there is nothing against me,

But that everything is working for my highest good.

I set myself free to live in joy.

I set myself free to live in love.

I set myself free to live in harmony.

I am worthy of living the most beautiful life I can ever live,

And as consciousness always precedes form,

I know that it begins with me.

It begins within me,

And everything I need to live these words is equally within me.

All of my needs are met,

Now,

Always,

And forever.

I am missing nothing.

I am lacking nothing.

I am all I need.

I am the answer.

All is well here.

Something wonderful is always happening.

Everything is working for my highest good.

I affirm,

I decree,

And I declare my inherent and unconditional worth and value.

I affirm,

Decree,

And declare that I am way more than enough,

Always have been,

Always will.

I know that this is so,

And I let it be.

As I repeat this over and over and over again,

These words begin to operate as law in my life,

And as they become law,

I begin to live them.

I begin to live from them,

Even when I'm not consciously thinking about them.

Repetition is the key to programming my mind,

And so I come back to these words over and over again,

And through this repetition,

Old small and limited stories and beliefs and perceptions are now being released,

Now being dissolved,

Transmuted into the nothingness from which they came.

They may have been running me up until this point,

But they are no longer running me.

I now stand fully in the knowing that I am beautiful.

I now stand fully in the knowing that I am a unique,

Perfect,

Whole and complete expression of spirit.

I now know that I am God's beloved in whom God is well pleased.

I am my beloved in whom I am very well pleased.

Through repetition,

I let these words infuse every cell in my body.

I'm setting myself free to be transformed by these words.

Just like the caterpillar needs to dissolve for the butterfly to emerge,

So is who I used to be now dissolving to allow for the next great and grand version of who and what I am to emerge.

I am way more than enough.

I am unique,

Perfect,

Whole and complete in every single way.

I give myself permission to live and move from this inner knowing and feeling.

I give myself permission to be shocked and surprised by the light that is now radiating from within the depth of my being.

I give myself permission to be shocked and surprised by my own beauty and awesomeness.

I am wonderful beyond description.

I am beautiful beyond articulation.

No words can describe the divine wonder and beauty that is me,

And yet my sense of self-love and self-worth just keeps expanding and growing.

As I continue to love myself up as often as I can remember and to the best of my ability,

From time to time I am shocked and surprised as to how much I love myself.

Oh,

How I love myself.

How I appreciate myself.

How I rejoice in being exactly who and where I am.

I see myself as spirit sees me,

Perfect,

Whole and complete.

I see myself through the eyes of the universe.

I see myself as a divine being of love and light.

I see myself as a radiant expression of God.

This is what I see,

And this is all I see where myself is concerned.

And as this is how I see myself,

This is also how the world now sees me.

Everywhere I go,

I am met with such love,

Kindness,

And appreciation.

I live life rejoicing in the love.

I celebrate myself and the beauty,

The wholeness,

And the perfection that I am.

I am wonderful.

I am beautiful.

I am amazing.

I am attractive.

I am intelligent beyond anything I have ever experienced,

Perceived,

Or imagined.

This inner self-love and appreciation just keeps growing and growing.

I am overflowing with self-love.

I am continuously showering myself with self-appreciation.

I love myself way beyond anything I have ever imagined.

And as I continue to let these words wash over me,

As I give these words permission to become the truth of my being,

The song of my life,

I am rejoicing in the awareness that I am being transformed,

Transformed,

That I am being born again over and over and over.

As all thought forms begin to fall away,

I am shocked and surprised by the beautiful glow that my life takes on.

I am God's beloved in whom God is very well pleased.

I am my beloved in whom I am very well pleased.

I am way more than enough.

I am worthy.

I am wonderful.

I am all right.

I know that my divine and inherent beauty is not measured by physical appearance.

I know that it is immeasurable and boundless.

And I let it radiate from within me.

I move through life unapologetically and undiminished,

Standing firm in my intrinsic worth and value,

No longer seeking the approval of the external world.

No longer seeking to get anything from the external world.

Because I know that my enoughness and radiance cannot ever be diminished by the opinions or words of any other,

Nor are they dependent upon any other.

And so whatever another is saying or thinking about me,

I am moving through life with poise and confidence,

Shining,

Glowing,

Allowing spirit to come into its highest expression in,

As,

And through me.

I am a unique,

Perfect,

Whole,

And complete emanation of the universe.

And I choose to shine the light that I am as bright as a thousand suns for all men and women to see and feel.

And I shine this light without apologizing for it.

I shine it without asking for permission.

I shine the light simply because I cannot help but shine it.

As this divine light is who and what I am.

It is the essence of my being.

And so when I enter into a room,

I am flooding the room with this radiant light that I am.

I don't ever apologize for who and what I am,

But I stand firm in the knowing that I am always way more than enough.

I don't hide or diminish the light that I am,

But I let myself shine and glow because this is what I have come here to do.

I stand in my own authority and trust my inherent worth and value.

I stand in my own power,

Subduing to no one,

Bowing to no one.

All thoughts of being lesser,

Greater,

Inferior,

Or superior than anyone else are now dissolving as I am now living beyond comparison and competition.

I am way more than enough.

I am beautiful.

I am a divine being of light and love,

And it is my birthright,

My divine mandate to be happy and healthy and wealthy.

I am claiming that mandate.

I am setting myself free to live a beautiful life.

I am setting myself free to be the most radiant expression of the light that I am,

That I can possibly be.

Fear is no more.

Doubt is no more.

Any sense of being less than enough is now dissolved.

All those small and limited perceptions and beliefs are now dissolved,

Transmuted into the nothingness from which they came.

I am moving through life unapologetically.

I am moving through life full of poise and confidence.

I am way more than enough.

I've always been way more than enough.

I always will be way more than enough.

I know it,

And I feel it.

Being one with God,

I know that I am a unique,

Perfect,

Whole and complete expression of the benevolent,

Loving presence that is all there is,

In exactly the same way that every wave on the ocean is one with the ocean.

I am one with spirit.

I am one with the one,

One with the whole.

If other people do not approve of who and what I am,

I know that this is on them.

I stand firm in the knowing that their opinions and perceptions of me have nothing to do with me.

I know that they are viewing me through small and limited perceptions and filters,

And so I move through life untouched and unmoved by others' opinions of me,

Taking nothing personally.

I turn my attention toward my own inner dialogue,

And am now consciously choosing to love and appreciate myself,

Regardless of what other people think or say.

I am now consciously choosing how I speak to myself,

Consciously choosing to be only loving,

Kind,

And compassionate toward myself.

Every chance I get,

As often as I can remember,

I love myself.

I appreciate myself.

I value myself.

Cherish myself.

I celebrate myself.

I celebrate the love and the light that I am.

I celebrate my uniqueness,

My one of kindness.

Standing steeped in the absolute knowing that I am an individualized existence,

An expression of the most high,

I know that I am way more than enough.

I know that I am worthy.

I know that I am beautiful.

I know that I am a perfect emanation of the universe.

This is how I see myself.

This is how I feel about myself.

I know that I am God's beloved in whom God is well-pleased.

I am my beloved in whom I am well-pleased.

My love for myself is unconditional and boundless.

My love for myself transcends my achievements and my accomplishments.

My love for myself is non-attached.

My love for myself is limitless.

I set myself free to shine,

To glow,

And to soar beyond anything I have ever imagined.

I am not apologizing for shining the light that I am,

Nor am I dimming or obscuring this light.

I am letting myself shine beyond anything I have ever experienced before,

And I am celebrating the light that I am in ever-expanding ways.

I am rejoicing in the light that I am.

I affirm,

Decree,

And declare that I am eternally way more than enough.

I dance my way through life in the full knowing that I am a unique expression of God.

And whenever I fall back into old habits,

I raise myself up,

I love myself up,

And I begin again.

Realizing that I'm forever growing,

Expanding,

And unfolding.

And so I move forward,

Unabashed,

Allowing the light that I am to shine ever more brightly.

I love my life.

I love who I am,

And I love who I am becoming,

Knowing that I am always in the state of becoming.

Knowing that it is spirit's deepest desire and highest intent that I be the most radiant expression of myself that I ever can be.

I am grateful that I get to live this life.

I am grateful that I get to live this wonderful life.

I am grateful that I get to set myself free to love myself unconditionally and limitlessly.

I am grateful for who and what I am.

I give thanks for where I am,

And I am grateful for who I am becoming,

Which I know is something far greater and grander than anything I have ever imagined or experienced.

I give myself permission to live a life of deep and profound self-love.

I set myself free to go ever deeper into unconditional love for myself,

And as I begin to love myself unconditionally,

I begin to love all others.

Unconditionally.

As I begin to set myself free to be who and what I am,

I begin to set all others free to be who and what they are.

I am standing firm in the absolute knowing that I am more than enough.

Now,

Always,

And forever.

I am intrinsically worthy of unconditional love.

I am inherently worthy to live a life in and of unconditional love.

I've always been way more than enough.

I always will be way more than enough.

I am way more than enough.

Coming back to this over and over and over again,

I give these words permission to replace my old conditioning and programming so that I may step ever more fully into unconditional love for myself.

All is well,

And all of this is happening now.

As spirit's mind is infinite,

I know that the highest possibility for me and my life already exists,

And through my witnessing and observing the egoic stories and beliefs,

Not giving them power,

But standing in my own power,

I am now setting myself free.

I am now setting myself free to allow for the next iteration of me,

One that already exists within the infinite mind of spirit,

To emerge from within me.

Just like every iteration of the oak tree emerges from within the acorn,

Just like every version of the apple tree emerges from within the apple seed,

Just like the butterfly emerges from within the caterpillar,

So is now the next iteration of who and what I am emerging from within me.

It is happening now,

And it is happening with ease and grace.

Through my rejoicing,

Celebrating,

And loving my way through life,

I let it happen.

I allow it to happen with ease and grace.

It is done,

And I give thanks for and rejoice in that which already is.

I am way more than enough.

I always have been way more than enough.

I always will be way more than enough.

I am not lacking anything.

I am not missing anything.

I am not flawed.

I am not an abomination.

I am not a mistake.

I don't need the world to give me anything,

Because everything I am and ever will be is already within me,

Was always within me,

Will always be within me.

As I am now setting myself free to feel more than enough,

This is now becoming my experience regardless of what the world is giving me or not giving me.

I am the answer.

I have always been the answer.

I will always be the answer.

And so,

Through my saying yes to unconditionally loving myself,

Through my choosing to set myself free in collaboration with Spirit,

It is all happening now.

Healing is happening now.

Expansion is happening now.

Perfect preparation and unfolding are happening now.

I am Spirit's Beloved in whom Spirit is well-pleased.

I am my Beloved in whom I am well-pleased.

I stand firmly in this truth.

I stand firm in my own authority holding this truth.

As the truth of my being.

I am worthy of living a good life.

I am worthy of living an abundant life.

I am worthy of living a healthy life.

I am worthy of unconditional love.

I am worthy of boundless peace.

This is my birthright and from this moment on,

I am claiming this for myself.

Thank you Spirit that I get to co-create such a wonderful life.

Thank you God that I get to set myself free.

Thank you Universe for helping me feel that I am more than enough.

Thank you for helping me live and move from this knowing that I am more than enough.

I am way more than enough.

I know it,
