Join me for a 5 minute pranayama stress release and mind reset. In this session, we will practice circle and deep belly breathing. You'll be encouraged to let go and focus only on the moment. Find a comfy, quiet spot, close your eyes and know that these moments are for you.

Welcome to your 5 minute breathwork session.

We are going to start today's session by taking a moment to focus our attention.

Eliminating all distracting thoughts.

Letting go of stresses,

Anxieties or regrets.

And acknowledging that the next few minutes are for you.

Beginning with a deep breath in.

And out.

One more in.

And out.

And beginning the next moment with some gentle circle breathing.

Breathing in for 3 seconds.

Taking a brief hold.

And breathing out for 3.

Let's try it together.

Breathe in.

Repeat.

Breathe in.

And out.

Breathe in.

In.

And out.

One more.

In.

And out.

Gently now rubbing your hands together for a moment.

Getting them nice and warm.

Placing your left hand on your heart.

And your right hand on your belly.

There's no counting as we do deep belly breaths.

Your only job is to pay attention to the air coming in through your nose.

Filling up your chest and your belly.

And making its way back out.

Repeating your deep belly breaths.

And as you do this,

You're focusing on how you feel in this moment.

Breathing in goodness.

Positive thoughts.

Healing energy.

And breathing out any pain or tension.

And reminding yourself that you are capable.

You are able.

You can decide who you will be after this 5 minute session ends.

Staying in this exact pose for the remaining minute.

As you breathe in slowly.

And breathe out slowly through your nose.

Eyes are closed.

One more breath in.

And breathing out anything you're still holding on to.

Bringing awareness back as you slowly open your eyes.

Take a look around.

And generate gratitude for who you are.
