This beautiful mantric meditation works with the principle that whatever we assign our identity to, by saying 'I Am XXX', substantiates that state within us. We can so easily generate states of weariness, victimhood, or illness, by unmindfully repeating statements that generate these states. This meditation offers a series of I Am statements to generate positive lifeward states within, such as peace, clarity, and kindness. It works with the breath and the meditator's repetition of the statements, followed by observation of uplifted states within. The gorgeous music was composed and produced by Sam Joole

This gentle mantra track works with the dynamic that whatever we assign our identity to becomes our state of being.

Different mantras will be introduced throughout the track,

One to psychically repeat as you breathe in,

And another to psychically repeat in your mind as you breathe out.

The focus of this meditation is to observe the changes in your vibrational states and feelings as each mantra washes through your awareness.

Settle yourself in your meditation posture,

Ensure a lovely length in your spine,

Shoulders down and back to facilitate some lovely deep breathing.

And bring your awareness to the movement of your breath.

As you settle your attention on to the sensations of the breath,

You'll notice that your breath will naturally ease and lengthen.

Gauge how you're feeling as you come to this meditation.

And now our mantras will begin.

Inhaling,

I am centred.

Exhaling,

I am stable.

I am centred.

I breathe in peace.

I breathe out love.
