Inspired by Pema Chodron's Tonglen meditations, this meditation is geared at increasing our compassion for our own experiences and for others. We will use the breath to help us transform painful experiences into healing ones and get more familiar and comfortable with the painful experiences that show up. The more familiar we are with them, the easier it will be for us to work with them, and ultimately to cultivate compassion.
