Breathing From The Heart - A Compassion Meditation
In this meditation, we will be working on connecting to our heart space to warm up and tap into our compassionate nature. Touching into compassion in this way can help us cope with stress, support the people we care about, and improve our connections to self and others. This meditation is inspired by Kelly McGonigal's Neuroscience and Compassion work.
