Hello friends,
It's Danielle LaPorte and this is the Heart Centering Practice and it is amazingly effective.
I've done this with tens of thousands of people because you get out of your mind in the best way and into the body to regulate your nervous system and you get into the vastness of the heart center which is where all transmutation happens.
Change can only happen in the space that we call the heart.
Now we're going to soften the mind,
Tune into love,
Bring to your mind the awareness of your love and your happiness.
You're just breathing in,
You're basking in the awareness of that loving expansive energy.
It's this warm golden hued light filling your heart center.
Warm,
Friendly,
Luminous love.
Your breathing is natural.
And now we ask,
What needs healing?
Now think of what you want to bring healing to.
So it can be any kind of mental,
Emotional,
Physical pain,
Struggle,
Discomfort,
That unfriendly situation,
A grievance,
A fear,
An anxiety,
A relationship dynamic,
A negative thought that is looping for you.
What do you want to bring healing to?
Okay,
So you focus on just one energy or situation.
Then with a breath,
You bring that one energy or situation into your heart chakra,
Into your heart center.
Your heart is welcoming all of the sin.
You're aware that your heart is unendingly loving and patient.
Your heart space is warm and friendly and luminous.
So you've got that one pain energy situation resting in the center of your heart.
And now you're going to really actively pour light frequencies onto that pain energy,
Specifically rainbow colored light,
But very soft,
Very translucent.
So you think light pinks pouring,
Just peachy tones and golds,
Endlessly,
Such ease,
Swirling around in the center of your heart,
Minty greens,
That color of sky blue,
Light lavender,
Soft rainbow colored light frequencies pouring,
Undulating in your heart onto the pain energy.
Your breathing is natural.
If you choose,
You could sing,
You could hum,
You could chant a mantra to that pain energy that is resting and being healed in the center of your heart with these rainbow colored light frequencies.
You're very much aware you created that pain energy and you can love that pain energy into balance.
You just keep pouring on loving kindness that is traveling through that rainbow light spectrum and or that sound vibration,
Swirling,
Streaming in the center of your heart.
You're staying gentle.
And when you feel ready,
Knowing that that situation has been basking and healing in this light,
Just complete the practice with a few deep breaths.
I'm so glad you were here today.
You can come back to this practice whenever you need it,
A dozen times a day for a few seconds,
Or you can turn into a deeper seated meditation to really move into the layers of healing.
What I would love to hear is how the simplicity of this feels within your nervous system and any insights that come up from bringing whatever you need to heal into the heart space.
