So everything you need is already here.

Your body is taking good care of you.

So gently coming into stillness.

Taking some moments to scan through your body and see what wants to be relaxed.

And let go a little.

It may take one full deep in-breath.

Feeling the chest,

Feeling your lungs.

And slow out-breath.

Feeling the sensations of your chest as you release.

And again deep in-breath.

And slow out-breath.

Letting your breath resume into its natural rhythm.

Opening to your senses.

Relaxing with what is here,

Any sensations,

Sounds,

Feelings.

The expression of your life.

Moving slowly and gently.

Using your breath as you guide a place to come home to.
