So coming into stillness and feeling the simplicity of your being here,

Your body breathing.

Taking a nice full in-breath.

Extending the breath,

Filling the lungs and slow out-breath filling the sensations as you releasing your breathing.

Relaxing outward,

Letting go.

And again breathing in,

Filling the chest and lungs.

And slowing down the out-breath,

Releasing,

Letting go,

Letting go.

One more time.

Inhaling deeply,

Filling the chest and the lungs.

And slowing down the out-breath,

Relaxing outward,

Letting go.

And allowing the breath resume to its natural rhythm.

Relaxing with inflow and outflow.

Beginning to gently scan down your body.

Relaxing the brow,

Letting be smooth.

Feeling your eyes,

Letting the jaw unhinged.

Relaxing the tongue down to the root.

Letting the shoulders fall away from neck and feeling the shoulders from inside out.

Sensing a dissolving sensation as a snowflake landing on the water.

Letting the hands to relax and rest in a thoughtless way.

Feeling from inside out any sensations there.

Something to be known directly.

Letting the chest to be open and heart to relax.

Sensing the movement.

Softening the belly,

Allowing the next breath to be received and felt directly.

This breath and now this one.

Relaxing deeply into your pelvis.

Feeling the length and the volume of your legs.

Feeling the sensations around your feet.

Then widening your felt sense around the whole body.

Feeling any sensations available through you.

Including arising and passing of the sound.

Listening to and feeling moment to moment the whole experience.

This felt sense what is here.

Sensing and relaxing into the gently movement of your breath.

This background of aliveness,

Resting.

Resting in awake and relaxed presence.
