Dani Nguyen was first introduced to meditation twenty years ago as a child. She is passionate about mental wellness and equipping people with the skills to incorporate mindfulness into their everyday lives. She enjoys guiding a variety of techniques including mindfulness, mantra, loving kindness and visualisation meditations. She offers a calm, compassionate and approachable style to teaching. Dani is a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher, accredited by ACMM and is registered with the Meditation Association of Australia.
