What is going on everybody?
I hope you're having an absolutely incredible day today and that it is going wonderfully.
This is going to tie into a couple episodes ago when we were talking about visualizing the wind.
Last episode we talked about what you have to be grateful and how you have to be grateful for the things that are in your life and appreciate what you do have and this will give you more gratitude and appreciation for the things that are to come.
But a couple episodes ago we talked about visualizing the wind,
How you have to visualize already being where you want to be before you even get there.
And so this episode is going to tie into that because we're going to be talking about visualizing the wind even more today.
There was three groups of people and were put on a basketball court.
Group one practiced every day.
They practiced playing basketball,
Shooting hoops every single day.
The second group didn't practice at all.
They didn't do anything.
They didn't even think about playing basketball.
They didn't even step on the court.
They didn't touch a basketball.
They didn't do anything.
The third group just practiced in their mind.
They practiced being successful in their mind playing basketball.
They didn't go on the court or do anything on the court.
They just practiced everything in their mind.
So the first group improved 24% which was the group that practiced every single day.
And the second group that didn't do anything,
They didn't even think about basketball,
They didn't improve at all.
It was just 0%.
Now surprisingly,
The third group that just practiced in their mind every single day,
Playing basketball and being successful in it,
They improved 23%.
Now I want you to think about that.
When we're talking about visualizing the wind,
The mind is so so powerful.
And this proves how powerful the mind is.
The group that was just visualizing them doing good in basketball improved almost the exact same as the group that was actually practicing.
It's good to practice because practice does make you better at things and you should practice.
But you add on to how visualizing even helps you improve more,
You put those two together,
You're going to improve so so much more than just practicing.
And I want you to,
And the reason we're doing this episode right now is because I want to help your day go better.
I want you to start visualizing a good day instead of having a bad day.
When you're focusing on all the bad things in your life,
You're visualizing all of that and you're rehearsing it in your mind.
And the more you visualize that bad stuff,
The more you're going to be ready for and the more it's going to come to you.
The mind is super powerful.
And the more you keep visualizing all the bad stuff in your life,
The more you're going to have that bad stuff happen to you.
I want you to visualize having a perfect day,
Having a day that you would love to have.
I want you to visualize having this day.
I want you to visualize everything that you think would make it a perfect day for you.
And I also want you to feel it and then work every single day for it.
Because visualizing is not going to make it happen.
You have to work for it too.
So that's why we're talking about the different groups.
Because the first group put in the work and the third group visualized it.
But you have to do both.
You have to have both.
So if you want a good day,
You have to visualize that it's going to be a good day.
Attract those good things to you.
Visualize that your day is going to be absolutely amazing.
That you're going to have an amazing day,
That you're going to be happy,
And that you're going to have all this amazing stuff happen to you.
And then work for that day.
You have to work on having positive thoughts.
Because if you continue to think negatively about everything,
That's all your life will ever be is it will be bad because you're just thinking about all the bad stuff in your life.
You've got to start thinking positive.
And this kind of ties into a lot of different episodes that we've had on here.
But the main one is you have to visualize that you're going to have a good day.
Visualize that life is amazing.
And the other visualize episode,
We talked about how you have to visualize for like goals and stuff,
Which is super powerful.
But visualize that you're having a good life too.
Start visualizing the things you want in your life,
And happiness is part of that.
What made me think of making this episode is I saw a video of somebody talking about this and it made me want to make this episode.

Start visualizing that your days are going to be amazing.
Wake up every single day and visualize that it's going to be a good day.
Visualize the day that you want.
Like I always say is,
This is your day so make it how you want.
Don't let other people sway how your day is going to be.
Make it your day.
