What's going on everybody?
I hope you're having absolutely incredible day and that's gone wonderfully.
In the last episode we went over believing yourself and how you have to believe in yourself to be able to achieve anything because if you don't believe in yourself then you can't really get anywhere because if you don't believe you can do it then you probably won't be able to do it if you don't have enough faith in yourself.
But in this episode we're going to go over taking action because you can have all these thoughts of what you want to do and what you want to be or these dreams or whatever it may be but if unless you actually take the action and do the goals that you set then nothing is ever going to happen.
And taking action just it doesn't have to be just with your goals or whatever it's just like everyday stuff.
If you have a thought that you should do something then go do it.
Just go do it.
Arnold Glaslow said an idea not coupled with action will never get any bigger than the brain cell it occupied.
And that is so true because you can have an idea but it doesn't mean anything unless you actually do it.
So are you going to take the steps and actually do the things that you want or are you just going to sit by and daydream because that's all it is.
It's not a dream unless you actually do it.
Are you just going to sit back and daydream and just don't even take the steps and the action to do the things that you want to do or are you going to actually get out there and go do it?
Do the things you don't feel like doing.
We are not designed to do things that make us uncomfortable.
Our bodies are designed to protect us.
So getting out of your comfort zone is not going to be an easy thing because we are not designed to do things that make us uncomfortable.
We are designed to feel safe and to feel secure and unless you.

.
So you have to get out there and do the things that you don't feel like doing.
If you want to be successful or just to be better in life or whatever it may be,
You have to do the things that just don't feel good to do.
But if it's a step that you need to take to get to where you want to be then go do it.
Just go do it.
Because the minute that you do it is the time that you will.

The minute you get out there and go do it,
The easier it's going to get.
The more you do something the easier it gets.
And something that felt uncomfortable before can feel way comfortable now.
Something that felt uncomfortable before can feel comfortable at doing it.
And you can look back and be like,
Man,
Why did I even.
.
.
Why was I even scared of that?
So you just take the action and do it.
Don't think about it.
Majority of success is just doing it.
That's all it is.
Little people they just do it.
They don't think about the what ifs or whatever it may be.
They just take the action and they do it.
Do that audition that you want.
Just go do it.
Who cares if you don't get it because you took the action and you're a better person because of it.
You learned some new things.
Do the small things at work that nobody will do.
Because it's the little actions,
Because it's the actions that we do that will define who we are really.
You can say all you want,
But if you don't take action and do the things that you want to do,
Then no one's going to believe you anyway.
Do this for you.
Take the action and go do the things that you want to do.
And when is the best time to do this?
Now.
Go do it now.
Don't make up a bunch of excuses.
Just take the action and do it now.
Because your future self will thank you for it.
People look back,
But you'll be so thankful that you took the action to do the things that made you uncomfortable.
Because it made you a better person in the future.
It also helped you achieve the goals that you wanted to achieve.
When you have a feeling of something that you need to do,
Just go do it.
Just go do it.
There's at times when I feel like I don't really want to record or anything like that,
But when I do go do it,
I'm thankful for it.
Because I end up remembering how much I enjoy just recording and doing the things that I love.
So just take the action.
You might love doing whatever it is that you're doing anyway.
