Pisces is ruled by Neptune,
The planet of dreams,
Illusion,
And spirituality.
Pisceans have a strong connection to their inner world,
Their intuition,
And a fascination with the mystical and spiritual realms.
To begin,
Find a comfortable seated position and breathe in and out through your nose.
Allow your body to settle into stillness,
Releasing any tension it may be holding.
With each breath,
Feel a sense of calm and centering.
If you get distracted during this meditation,
All you have to do is return back to your breath.
If you haven't done so already,
Gently close your eyes and find your breathing rhythm.
It may help to take a deep breath in and exhale slowly out through your nose.
You may have to repeat this a few times during this meditation and that's okay.
Let each breath release any tension or stress in your body.
As you breathe,
Imagine yourself standing near a body of water.
It can be an ocean,
A lake,
A river,
Or even a pond.
Feel a sense of fluidity within yourself as if you were part of the water's gentle dance.
Imagine a soft light descending above the water.
This light is the cosmic energy of Pisces,
Bringing with it compassion,
Intuition,
And spiritual connection.
As this light raises above the horizon,
Notice the sensations in your body.
Allow for the Piscean energy to wash over you.
What emotional or spiritual qualities would you like to cultivate in this season?
Allow this intention to form in your mind's eye.
Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.
Become more acquainted with the space that you are in.
Returning back to the present moment,
You can incorporate some gentle movement into your body,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Rolling out your ankles,
Maybe giving yourself a hug.
Slowly opening your eyes,
Returning back to the present moment with a renewed sense of compassion and intuition.
Remember that you can carry the energy of Pisces with you throughout this season or whenever you're on the journey of self-discovery and spiritual connection.
