Lets dry a few more times Good morning.

Welcome to the dawning of this new day.

As the saying goes,

Today is the first day of the rest of your life.

So with this in mind,

It's good to start the day off right.

I'd like you now to become aware of the space around you and your presence in the room.

And as you feel into this space,

Start to move your attention into taking a few deep breaths.

Breathing in through the nose and then out through the mouth.

Breathing deeply and slowly and calmly.

With each new breath,

Feel your body filling with energy.

You might like to imagine that your next breath is your very first.

You're experiencing the miracle of breathing for the very first time.

Continue to breathe in deeply and exhale any tension or fatigue that you may be experiencing.

Inhale the belly rises and exhale the belly falls.

As you breathe in,

Notice how the body expands and fills with air.

And how the muscles soften as the body exhales.

Breathing in and fill your body with the courage to embrace the new day.

Breathing out and letting go of all those things that no longer serve you.

Allow yourself to become aware that you can feel calm,

Relaxed and energized at the same time.

Like you now to let your breath begin to fall into the background.

And I invite you now to check in with your senses.

Your senses are the doorways that let the world into your awareness.

Allow your senses to stimulate your body as you begin to wake up and embrace the new day.

Now just take some time here to observe your body.

And just looking inwards and observing how the body is feeling this morning in a non-judgmental way.

Now as the morning sun rises.

And its golden rays infusing your body with beautiful energy.

Its time now to set an intention for your day ahead.

And I encourage you to choose this intention based on your dreams,

Your needs and inclinations.

So for example you may aspire to achieve better health today.

Or perhaps more harmonious relationships with your family or friends.

So take a moment here to find your own special intention for the day.

When you have found your intention let those words seep deep into your awareness with feeling,

Emotion and strength.

I invite you now to visualise your body filling up with your chosen intention.

You might like to imagine this like a vase being filled with water.

So starting at your feet.

Moving up through your body into the ankles.

Moving up to your lower legs.

Into your knees and your upper legs.

Into your hips and pelvis.

Charging them with your intention like you would charge a battery.

Moving up now into your tummy and your lower back.

Then your chest and your upper back.

Down your arms and then moving slowly down into your hands.

And up through your shoulders into your neck and throat.

Into your chin and your jaw.

Filling your intention up to your nose and then into your cheeks.

Your eyes resting in your eye sockets.

Moving up and filling your attention in your forehead and the back of your head.

And moving up to the very top of your body into the scalp.

Now imagine your entire body filled to the brim with your intention.

Every cell in your body living your intention and your life force.

And now just taking a few more deep breaths.

Like you're filling a car with fuel and feel your body filled to the brim with energy and courage.

Now start to bring your attention back to the room.

Slowly and with kindness start moving your body.

Feel your body infused with your intention.

Breathing deeply.

Embracing the new day.

And as we take one more last deep breath we'll draw this exercise to a close.
