This meditation is an invitation to slow down, soften, and allow the present moment to arrive—just like waves in the ocean. Through gentle awareness and breath, we’ll tune into what’s here, without judgment, without expectation. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, seeking stillness, or simply craving a moment to reset, this practice is here for you. Breathe in, let go, and return to yourself.

Welcome back.

My name is Laura,

And this is Cultivate Your Wellness.

Let's take a moment to settle in,

Finding a position that works well for you today.

Inviting some length to the spine as you close your eyes or soften your gaze,

And taking in the breath,

Feeling the space it creates and releasing it fully,

Inviting your body to soften and your mind to quiet.

What are you feeling?

What is arriving with you in this moment?

Begin noticing as the observer and breathing into the sensations,

Inviting the present to flow through you like music you're hearing for the first time,

Without expectation,

Without judgment.

If something feels soft,

Notice.

If something feels heavy,

Just notice.

And watch how it flows,

Quick or slow,

Even or with resistance,

Inviting it all to arrive and continue on,

Just like waves in the ocean,

Carrying with it away the imprints of your thoughts,

Continuing to breathe,

Staying with the present.

It is in the present where we find our hope and our sanctuary.

When you feel lost or overwhelmed,

Remember,

You can always return here.

You can always reconnect with the soft and easy flow of the breath,

With the gentle and continuous flow of the present.

In.

I invite you to spend a few more moments watching the present,

Feeling the flow,

Noticing what arrives and what leaves.

I'll call you back when it's time.

When you're ready,

Bringing your attention back to the sound of my voice and the space around you,

Taking a moment to thank yourself for taking this time today to reset and reconnect,

Taking in one last final deep and cleansing breath and letting it out with a smile.

And when you're ready,

Opening your eyes.

Thank you for taking this time to meditate with me today.

I'm grateful for you.

I look forward to sharing time with you again.

I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day.

Bye for now.
