Angel Reiki Healing Meditation - a guided meditation to release stress and tension. And embrace the healing energy in a Reiki infused and Angel guided session. This was a live meditation recorded during a live healing session.

I invite you to take in a deep slow breath as we enter this angel guided meditation.

There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.

We're simply breathing,

Relaxing,

And letting go.

Allow the sound of my voice to guide you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And we set an intention to send this healing energy to anyone in your life that may need healing energy.

And whether someone came to mind or they didn't,

This healing energy is transferred to anyone that needs it today.

Whether they're visiting this live stream or not,

The healing energies are transferring through the universe to anyone that needs it.

I invite you to imagine the rainbow in the sky right above you and feeling the warmth of the Sun above your head.

And as you focus on this visualization,

You sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And your muscles become loose,

Limber,

And relaxed.

And all you need to do is focus on my voice and your breathing and notice how you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

I invite you to imagine the rainbow of light is traveling from the crown of your head down your body all the way through your toes into the center of the earth.

And it will clear any limits,

Fears,

Or doubts from your body,

From your mind,

From your spirit,

Creating more space for calming energy and expansion of healing positive emotions.

So just allow that light to travel through your body and you may even feel tingling sensations or warmth.

Whatever you feel is perfect.

As I count from 11 to 1,

The energy is clearing anything that doesn't serve you,

Creating space for this healing energy to take space.

The light has traveled through your body clearing out anything that doesn't serve you.

I invite you to notice healing earth energy is rising up from Mother Earth to ground you,

Keep you safe,

Balanced,

And supported.

Allow that light to travel up your body,

Merging with the rainbow light,

Creating more space for expansion,

Balancing,

And calm.

So just notice how the lights merge within your body back and forth,

Back and forth,

Back and forth,

Swirling all through your body from the crown of your head all the way to your toes.

And it's going to create a color for you.

Whatever color arises is perfect.

That is the color that's going to help you feel more balanced,

Safe,

And grounded today.

So just allow that light to continue to cleanse back and forth,

Back and forth,

As I count from 11 to 1.

And maybe you can see it,

The color,

Maybe you can sense it,

Maybe you can taste it,

Maybe you smell it,

Maybe you just know it.

Whatever arises is perfect for you.

Just know that your inner guidance knows exactly what you need in this very moment.

And this healing energy is transferring to anyone that needs it.

Just know that you are creating a diamond all around you to help you feel protected,

I am guided that he is above my head.

Now I invite you to notice,

Sense,

Or imagine below your feet there is another angel or guide.

Whoever arises is perfect.

For me,

He's real.

Now I invite you to notice in front of you,

In front of your eyes,

There is another angel or guide here to protect you.

Whoever arises is perfect.

I see Metatron.

And behind you,

Behind your head,

There's another angel and guide.

Whoever arises for you is perfect.

I see Gabriel.

To your right,

There is another angel or guide to the right of your ear.

Closing up the diamond space soon.

I hear Lady Portia.

To your left,

There is another angel or guide.

Whoever arises for you is perfect.

I hear Saint Germain.

We're going to begin to close this diamond of space all around you.

So I invite you to notice the sensation at the top of your head and imagine that you are connecting the dots from the top of your head over next to your ear,

To below your feet,

To your left ear,

To above your head.

We're going to do this one more time.

So from the top of your head to your right ear,

Down to your feet,

To your left ear,

Up above you,

Closing that diamond space.

Now we're going to close the space to your front and back.

So the diamond light is traveling from the crown of your head,

Connecting to the angel in front of your eyes,

Down to your feet,

Behind you,

To the angel behind your head,

Up to the crown of your head.

We're going to do this one more time.

To the angel in front of you,

The angel below you,

The angel behind you,

And the angel at the crown of your head.

You are protected in this space,

Surrounded by your protectors.

And I'm going to give you a moment of silence so you can fill in the spots all around it to make sure that this angel guided grid is perfect for you.

And maybe you incorporate some ancestors from your past.

Maybe you incorporate animals,

Creatures,

Birds.

Whatever arises for you is perfect.

Anything that makes you feel safe,

Protected,

Balanced,

And supported infuses all around this diamond grid,

Creating a deep healing energy and protection space for you.

And it will remain around you for the next two weeks until our next session.

And all you need to do is close your eyes and imagine this diamond grid all around you,

And it only reinforces this deep relaxation that you feel right now.

Allow the sound of my voice and any noises that may arise to help you stay deep in relaxation.

You're surrounded by this diamond grid and now we're gonna go through the clearing and balancing portion of this meditation.

I invite you to imagine above your head there is a pink moon.

This pink moon helps you stay connected to your guides and to the divine.

You're feeling safe and supported here.

Allow that pink moon to spin above your head,

Helping clear out anything that's keeping you from your intuition and trusting those guides.

Now I invite you to notice in your third eye a violet light,

Clearing and balancing your third eye space,

Helping your intuition and guidance,

Helping you trust your dreams,

Your visions,

And anything that your guides may share with you today,

Helping you stay aligned,

Balanced,

And peaceful.

I invite you to notice an aqua light over your throat,

Clearing and balancing this space so you can speak from your heart.

Speak clearly and share your truth with anyone in your life.

Balancing and clearing this space with aqua healing energy,

Creating a deep sense of relaxation,

Releasing anything that doesn't serve you.

I invite you to notice in your heart center,

In your heart chakra,

A green emerald light.

This green emerald light is balancing and clearing your heart space,

Expanding energy,

Worth,

Being good enough,

Knowing that you are good enough and worthy to reach your dreams.

Balancing this area.

Angels have guided us with the number 88 to balance your heart center right now.

So just allow that healing and balancing energy to connect you with your heart center and know that any decisions that you make that are connected with your third eye and your heart are all angel-guided,

Intuitive visions,

And this will help support you to remain calm and peaceful.

I invite you to notice your solar plexus.

There's a fluorescent yellow light.

This is the top of your belly.

We're reinforcing this space with trust,

Helping you surrender and have faith,

And we're going to reinforce this fluorescent light to help you rotate the energy in this space so that you can feel more worthy,

Continue to surrender,

Trust,

And have faith that your guides are leading you exactly where you need to go.

So I invite you to notice how we expand the energy there in your solar plexus and this will help you speak from your heart and create boundaries that serve you.

I am worthy.

I feel worthy.

I see how worthy I am.

I am enough.

I feel like I'm enough.

I see how enough I am.

You're doing an amazing job.

You have released anything that doesn't serve you,

And we're continuing to balance your chakras.

Now I want you to focus on the area near your belly button.

Imagine a fluorescent orange light in that area,

Helping you create energy for creative flow,

Being tuned in,

Turned on,

And balanced.

This is your creative energy.

Just notice how this area is clearing,

Balancing,

Expanding that fluorescent light,

Extending that fluorescent light energy wherever you may need it to feel more creative flow,

To be tuned in,

And balanced in all your energies.

Right below that,

I want you to notice a fluorescent green light at the base of your spine.

This is clearing out anything that doesn't serve you,

Anything that may have remained in your body that we didn't clear before,

Helping you feel more balanced,

Safe,

And supported,

Helping you surrender,

Trust,

And allow.

This fluorescent green light is here to serve you,

Keeping you safe,

Grounded,

And supported,

And this will remain with you as long as you need it.

And if you ever want to tune into this energy again,

Or just close your eyes and picture everything you have seen here today.

I invite you to notice how peaceful,

Calm,

And relaxed you feel right now,

Setting an intention to send these healing energies to whoever you set an intention before this session,

They are also connected and protected in the diamond shield of protection.

Master Achievers have all reinforced the shields all around you and the healing energy from this meditation.

These expansive layers are balancing your body,

Helping you stand in your power,

Repelling,

And uncreate anything that doesn't serve you.

This meditation has helped you feel more balanced and calm.

It has calmed your nervous system,

Boosted your immune system,

And helped you access a state of mind over matter.

You have done an amazing job today.

This diamond barrier of protection is all around you.

It's infused with Reiki healing energy from the crown of your head down to your toes.

Allow this diamond space all around you to solidify and infuse golden healing light,

Continuing to balance your body,

Clearing and expanding your confidence,

Your courage,

Your inner strength,

Reinforcing this diamond shape all around you with Reiki healing energy.

Maybe you see it glistening or golden.

Whatever you see is perfect.

We're just infusing the last few layers of healing energy throughout your body from the crown of your head down to your toes.

You are surrounded by this balancing shield,

Diamond light all around you.

And in a moment when I count from 1 to 5,

You will awaken.

But for now,

Just focus on your breathing.

Notice the sensations of your body as you have expanded energy,

Confidence,

And self-worth.

You are protected from above and all around you,

And this shield will repel,
