Concentrate on each inhale and each exhale.
Allow your muscles to relax,
Releasing any tension.
Breathe mindfully and allow your eyes and shoulders to soften.

Dear Gemini.
I admire your optimism and the way in which you freely express your opinions.
You are loyal,
Solid.
You can quickly discern friend from foe.
You are extremely intelligent and confident,
Yet you don't necessarily need to use your words for the rest of us to realize that.
