I found this meditation so difficult to do in the beginning, but I’m getting better at it. After we’ve “run” the energy how do we maintain it during the day? It feels really good once I get the two parts to meet in the heart center. Thank you!

Very nice Chakra scan! Very calming voice and direction. Note that at the 30 minute mark she tells you to open your eyes. The last 30 minutes is all just musical tones with no guidance. A little confusing so don't open tour eyes if you want to sit longer. Thank you! ☮️💖🙏🖖
