Welcome,
And before we get started with our meditation,
I would like for you to take a moment to find something in your house that brings you a sense of joy and a sense of love,
But it's something really small that can fit in the palm of your hand.
So it might be a crystal that you like,
It might be a shell that you brought back from a beach one day,
It might be a meaningful photo,
It can really be anything,
But it gives you a sense of love.
And if you don't have anything,
Or if you would rather just stay seated,
That's fine.
You can use your imagination,
But if you're going to go get something,
Please do that now,
And we will wait for about a minute.
And in the meantime,
We'll just sit tall,
Breathe deeply,
Breathe steadily,
In and out through the nose.
In we go.
You you This crystal ball that you'll hear being played throughout resonates with the heart chakra This meditation focusing on those qualities of love compassion kindness If you have your item place it in your left hand in your left palm And bring your left palm to your heart center right at your chest Allow it to touch your skin And then place your right hand on the back of your left hand And if you're not using anything just Visualize something use your imagination Something in your palm.
Maybe it's the Image of something that brings you joy.
Maybe it's the image of a person Or just a time of your life So we have the right hand on top of the left hand The left hand in contact with the chest with the heart We'll all sit up nice and tall Letting our breath deepen Letting the mind start to settle down Anchored in our body anchored in our breath Anchored in love Letting the mind start to settle down So now you're going to begin to breathe Your neck Your neck And then you're gonna kind of Breathe into A steady,
Angular breathing the idea of how loved and how lovable you are using your image or your tangible object to remind you of this to remind you how loved and how lovable you are your next breath in using your object or just the image in your head inhale more compassion for yourself more compassion for everyone but always including yourself your next breath in cultivate a sense of kindness kindness anchored in truth capital T truth anchored in oneness when we are kind to ourselves we are able to be kind to others that is our truth that is because of our oneness deep breath in breathe in a sense of love a love as you have never known when you exhale visualize yourself stepping into that space deep breath in breathe in more compassion than you've ever known as you exhale visualize yourself stepping into that space deep breath in breathe in more gentle loving-kindness than you have ever known and when you exhale visualize yourself stepping into that space continue to sit here letting your brain turn off letting your heart turn on more and let the sound of the crystal ball resonate with every fiber of your being you you you you you you you you you start to bring your awareness back to your body to the warmth of your hands at your heart center to your object to your image to this conduit of love and bring your awareness to your pelvis anchored to the earth anchored to truth to oneness we're in a spot to the breath moving in and out knowing that each breath is an opportunity to choose love to choose compassion to choose kindness tell yourself as loud as you need to hear it I love you hear the universe say to you I love you bow your head towards your heart center breathe in humility and grace and as you feel ready allow your eyes to gently open shanti shanti shanti peace peace peace
