Welcome to today's meditation session.

Take all the time you need to settle into your seat.

Support your wet self in any way that feels best to help you create a long line through your entire spine,

Tailbone up to the top of your head.

When you feel ready to begin,

Settle into the stillness and you might like to close your eyes.

Tune into the vitality within your body.

You might be able to feel your heartbeat,

The blood moving through you,

And your breath.

Start to take a slow mental scan through your body,

Recognizing any places of tension,

Pain,

Or discomfort.

Try your best to acknowledge these areas without trying to analyze them or judge them in any way.

Beginning at the top of your head,

Moving down into your neck and shoulders,

Down to your arms and hands,

From your shoulder,

Taking awareness down into your chest,

To the belly and hips,

Continuing further to your thighs and knee,

And to your lower legs and feet.

Then start to feel what perfect health feels like in your body.

Sensing all parts of your body in their optimal condition so that there is no injury,

Illness,

Or disease.

Feeling the goodness radiating throughout your body.

It doesn't matter what perfect health looks like.

We're only concerned with what it feels like to you.

You might feel strong,

Mobile,

Flexible,

Maybe more confident or energetic.

Maybe more comfortable within your body.

Continuing to sense perfect health in your body.

We'll breathe with these words.

I am healthy and I am strong.

Inhaling,

I am healthy.

Exhaling,

I am strong.

Inhaling,

I am healthy.

Exhaling,

I am strong.

Sensing the qualities of being healthy and strong with every breath.

Breathing in,

I am healthy.

Breathing out,

I am strong.

Staying attuned to how these words make you feel.

Maybe noticing some subtle shifts in your emotions and energy by repeating these words.

And continuing to pay attention to what transpires.

Inhaling,

I am healthy.

Exhaling,

I am strong.

Feel your whole body here.

Start to reconnect with the room around you.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Gently move your body,

And mindfully transition back into your day.
