Transcript

Welcome to this grounding practice.

Find a comfortable seat and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly,

Letting go of any tension in your body.

In this moment,

Bring awareness to your intention as a parent,

To be more conscious and intentional in your responses.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more grounded,

More present in the role you hold as a parent.

As you inhale,

Imagine breathing in mindfulness,

Deepening your awareness of the present moment.

As you exhale,

Let go of any distractions or thoughts that take you out of this moment.

Now reflect on your intention.

What would it feel like to approach parenting with full awareness and intention,

Rather than reacting automatically?

What would shift in your life as a parent?

And what would be different in your relationship with your child?

Each breath you take brings you closer to embodying the presence and thoughtfulness you desire in your parenting.

You are showing up for your child in a way that honors both your journey and theirs.

With every breath,

Affirm to yourself,

I choose to be a conscious and intentional parent.

I choose to be a conscious and intentional parent.

Sit with this intention for a few more moments,

Letting it settle deeply into your heart,

Knowing that each day is an opportunity to show up more fully and mindfully for your child.

As you're ready,

Begin to bring yourself back,

Taking a long,

Deep inhale and full exhale.

Begin to slowly and gently move your body and mindfully return back to your day.

Thank you.
