
Full Moon Invocation/Visualization Meditation
This meditation is a guided visualization working with full moon energy to surrender any energies no longer serving you, and manifesting the desires of your heart. This meditation will assist you in easing stress and anxiety while grounding you in your highest and best self.

This meditation is a full moon invocation and visualization.
Something to note is that the sun connects with our spirit and energy and the moon connects with our soul and emotions.
A full moon is a great time for focusing on our gratitudes and blessings.
And it's a time to be mindful of all that we have and all that we've created.
A time to express and receive,
To open our hearts and feel the connection we have all around us and fill our cups.
When we connect to source energy with integrity and intention,
While truly listening to our hearts,
Large manifestations can take place.
Full moons are always a great time to release what is no longer serving us,
To make space for our purpose,
And to fulfill all that we are meant to be.
Once you make room for what you do want in your life,
Be honest with yourself and crystal clear about what it is you want.
You must feel what it'll be like when you have it.
See it and visualize it as if it's already there.
Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down on your back.
If you'd like to prop your back up against the wall or send the legs up the wall,
Find some place that you can relax and receive.
Take a moment to bring awareness to your breath.
Witness the quality of your breathing and follow the breath in through the nose,
Filling up the lungs,
Expanding the belly,
And send the breath all the way down as you exhale into the tailbone.
Inhale and exhale,
Following the line of your breath slowly and steadily up and down the internal body.
As you breathe here,
Take a moment to close your eyes and visualize this past year.
See some of the hardships you may have faced,
Some unexpected challenges arose,
And see little screenshots of experiences you've been through.
Like a mental flip book in your mind,
See your ups,
Your downs,
And all the in-between.
Soften the creases around your eyes and unfurl the brow.
With each exhale,
Releasing the tension from your jaw,
Bring awareness to your third eye space,
The center of your forehead.
You could envision a large eye at the center of your forehead.
As it blinks open,
See the eye gaze down and drift down to the center of your heart.
The eye drifts down the stream of your spine into your root,
All the way down to the core of the earth,
Then rises all the way back up,
Up through the root,
Up through the heart,
And all the way back up to the third eye space.
Again,
See the eye gazing down into the heart space,
Shedding light on all the desires of your heart.
Take a few more deep breaths,
And then mentally teleport yourself to your favorite place in nature.
Stand there and take in all of your surroundings.
Maybe you see an ocean with palm trees,
Or mountains with big,
Massive trees,
Or perhaps you see rolling hills with tons of wide,
Open spaces.
See yourself as your happiest,
Highest,
Most vibrant,
True self,
Living in your dharma and in your authenticity.
As you picture yourself in your favorite place in nature,
Begin to visualize a body of water.
Maybe you see an ocean,
A stream,
A rolling river,
Or waterfall.
Begin to picture the energy of this water,
Whether it's calm or flowing fast or trickling against nearby rocks.
Now,
Picture a basket in your hands.
This basket could be filled with rocks or flower petals or leaves.
Each nature item in your basket represents something that you are releasing,
That which no longer serves you.
Take a deep breath in and out,
And in your mind and heart,
Say to yourself,
As I align with the energy of the full moon,
I willingly let go of what no longer serves me and invite in that which empowers and nourishes me.
Look down at your feet and see that they're bare.
As you make contact with the earth beneath you,
See your feet imprinting into the sand or dirt or grass.
As you step and move along the body of water,
You notice that it's dark,
And you feel the light of the moon beaming down upon you.
Notice the fresh breath of air dancing on your skin.
And stop at each little marker to pause and drop an item into the body of water.
As you toss your item of nature in the water,
Marvel at the gentle ripples they create,
Rippling through your energy,
Rippling through your life.
At each stop,
Release those things you need to break your attachments to,
Those things you are ready to move on without,
And those things weighing you down on your journey as you walk.
With each drop,
You say to yourself,
I release fear and doubt.
I release anger and resentment.
I release judgment of myself and others.
I release that which is not mine.
I release limiting beliefs.
I release all obstacles to my path.
I release feelings of unworthiness and attachment to outcomes.
Releasing all of the past struggles,
Hardships,
Failures,
And disappointments,
All that are strengthening you and preparing you for the magnificence that you emanate now.
As you pause again,
Turn back around facing the glorious full moon overlooking the water.
Take a deep breath in your mind and say,
I welcome the clarity,
Strength,
And many blessings the moon offers to me.
I trust my intuition and angels to guide me towards relationships,
Situations,
And energies that serve my highest good.
Pause for a moment in the silence,
Thankful for all your blessings,
All your experiences,
And all of the people who have come in and out of your life.
Now to invite in your intentions,
Invoking joy,
Love,
And peace toward whatever your heart desires.
Feel these things as if they already exist.
As you take a deep breath in and a full grounding breath out,
You say to yourself,
All that I am,
I love,
Am open to receive the abundance that is all around me.
I am loving kindness.
I am joy.
I am peace.
I am compassionate.
I am strong.
I am patient.
I trust the timing of my life.
I am bold,
Vibrant,
And exuberant.
Conjure this energy from your heart,
From the deepest part of your soul.
Speak with love and light.
Next,
Begin to walk toward your unique body of water,
Either wading in slowly into the water,
Or perhaps you dive headfirst right into this body of water.
Feel the invigorating,
Cool water washing away all the stale energy of the past,
Wiping the slate clean and releasing all that no longer serves you.
The water readies you for the life you deserve,
Of joy,
Purpose,
And abundance.
Stay under the water as long as you like and enjoy the weightlessness and ease with which you glide through.
When you're ready to come up,
You emerge from the water,
Rebirthed,
Reinvigorated,
Revitalized,
And ready to move forward in a powerful,
Strong way.
Float as long as you like in the calm,
Peacefulness of your soul.
Say a quiet prayer of gratitude and know that your higher self and the energies of the moon are always here to guide you and lead you on your path.
As you sit up a little bit taller,
Join the palms to the heart center in gratitude,
Thinking yourself for taking this time to meditate and be still and to tap into the desires of your heart.
As you bow your chin to your chest,
Seal in this meditation practice.
