Self Care | We all Need To Have Fun!
Cory Cochiolo, therapist and spiritual teacher, shares a simple but important reminder about the value of making space for enjoyment in our lives. In a world where we are often focused on responsibilities, productivity, and problem-solving, it can be easy to overlook the importance of fun, pleasure, and lightness. Taking time to experience joy—whether through laughter, play, creativity, or meaningful connection—is not a luxury; it is an essential part of emotional and mental well-being. In this short talk, Cory explores how small moments of enjoyment can help restore balance, reduce stress, and reconnect us with a deeper sense of vitality in our day-to-day lives.

Hi,
My name is Corrie.
I am a therapist and spiritual teacher,
And that is why I am sharing a little bit of advice with you today.
I picked a card this morning.
All about music.
Really,
It's about creative expression.
And I was thinking,
You know,
If you were seeing me one on one as a client.
I do recommend music,
Dance,
Creativity a lot.
As part of something that you build into your self-care routine.
We all need it.
We all need a place where we can be expressive.
Be free.
Be loose.
Kind of get into a zone.
A downtime.
A fun time.
What do you do?
For your self-care?
What do you do for your fun?
What do you do to stay sane?
What do you do?
Write it in the comments.
I knit.
I like to dance.
I like to walk.
I like to lay and stare at the clouds.
I like tea.
What else do I like?
I like a lot of things that I can't really tell you.
Thank you.
Anyway,
Write below what you like.
Bye,
Guys.
