So my name is Kari,

Thank you for being here.

Let's meditate together.

We're going to do a very quick check-in this morning,

Check-in with our guides or our higher self,

Our family in the higher dimensions that sends down clues,

Metaphors,

Wisdom all the time for us,

Whether that's within our dreams or simple little things that happen throughout the day where maybe you see a white butterfly and that means something to you or a specific bird or the four-leaf clover for example.

Numerology,

Certain numbers,

These are all communication coming from the higher dimensions,

Coming from our soul family.

So let's tap into our soul family and whatever that looks like for you and see if we can receive a little bit of life instruction today on this 999 portal.

If you haven't done so already,

Close down your eyes and get comfortable in your seated position.

Relax down your shoulders.

See if you can mindfully soften all the muscles in your face,

The space around your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

So that your face doesn't feel tense.

Soften your forehead,

Bringing your attention into your body.

Focus on the space there in the middle of your forehead.

Feel the outside,

What does the air around you feel like on your forehead?

Maybe you could move your eyebrows up and down just to feel that sensation,

Bring your attention to that part of your body.

It always helps if we physically move it just a little bit to bring our full attention to it.

And then return back to complete stillness and feel into that space in the middle of your forehead.

See if you can go behind,

Check into the space around your eyes,

The space at the front of your brain.

Is there any aches or heaviness or maybe it feels very light in that area for you today?

Maybe a twinge of headache is present.

Now I'd like you to pull your focus even deeper into the middle of your head.

So stay on the inside but imagine that you're going towards the middle of your head.

You're sat right between the brain hemispheres,

More towards the back but not completely the back,

More the middle.

This is where your penile gland is,

Your pituitary gland is close by.

But the penile gland is where the third eye is situated,

So when you see through your third eye you're actually seeing from back here,

From the back of the room rather than the front of the room.

Like everybody mentions,

You're seeing from the back of the room.

I'd like you to imagine that you're like a little person inside of your own head and you're staring out of your closed eyes as if those eyes are like a window.

I always see it in my mind like a starship,

Spaceship,

Like when you watch Star Trek.

Imagine that you're stood behind all those windows and you're staring out into that big,

Wide,

Vast open space,

That big black space.

And know that that space,

Even though it might just appear dark to you with your eyes closed,

Know that that space is like the seat of the soul.

It's the doorway into wherever you would like to journey or travel in this reality.

Or other realities,

Other dimensions,

Other planets,

Other places,

Back into your regression,

Into your past or even into your past lives.

This is the doorway into that space that you're staring out into,

This space in front of your mind.

Using your imagination,

We can create in this space.

I'd like you to imagine that you're staring out into that space and there's a staircase of 10 steps going down.

And in your mind,

You start to walk forward,

Let everything else just disappear around you,

The windows,

The spaceship,

Whatever you were envisioning.

Walk forward in your mind,

Taking a couple of steps until you stop at the top of those 10 steps and now you can really start to let that get clear in your mind.

Staring down this 10 step staircase there in front of you.

Know that there's a door at the bottom of these 10 steps that we'll go through and I'll explain that when we get down there.

You might be able to see the door from the top or it might be just dark down there.

I'd like you to look down at your feet and if you're wearing anything at the top of these top steps,

If you're wearing anything on your feet,

Kick off your socks and your shoes so that you can feel that top step underneath your feet.

Whittle your toes and scrape your feet around so that you can really connect to the texture and the sensation of what that top step feels like underneath your feet.

Notice in what your staircase is made of.

Maybe it's tiled,

Maybe it's carpeted,

Maybe it's wooden,

Maybe it's dirt and it looks like something outside.

Just let your mind play.

There's no right or wrong.

We're going to go down these 10 steps together starting with whichever foot that feels right to you but know as you go down the steps your body will naturally deepen into a deeper state of relaxation and trance so it'll feel very relaxing like you're flowing down the steps.

Feel the steps underneath your feet,

More and more relaxed,

Take a couple of steps forward so that you're right there in front of the door and observe your door.

Notice what it looks like,

Notice the size,

The colour.

Pay attention to if it has a door handle on the left or the right.

If it doesn't don't worry you will sense if you have to pull the door towards you or push the door in.

There's always a way into this space.

Behind this door you're going to find yourself in a very sacred spot.

It's a place in the consciousness where your guides,

Your angels,

Masters,

Friends that have crossed over,

Animals,

Loved ones,

Whoever it is that's in your soul group is in this particular pillar of collective consciousness.

It's a place where the vibration is such that the beings in this space are all beings of love and light and you'll be able to communicate with them and today we're going to go with just one question.

One question about your life,

One question about your future,

Something that you need to know now,

Something about your relationship or work.

Let that question start to form in your mind here as you stare at this door.

What would you need to know?

You just get the one question.

What would you like to ask about today on this portal day,

This 999 portal day?

Let's trap the energy and the vibration into this meditation of the 999,

Of omega completion.

What is something that you would like to close off or finish or accomplish or just complete?

A knowing,

A letting go,

There's something inside of you that's going to start to bubble up in your mind.

Keep a hold of it when it comes.

Let's trap in that energy so that we can all do this meditation whenever we want to.

See it sealed inside of this space.

It's actually a silvery colored energy,

Like the color of the moon.

See that all around you in this space as you stare at your door.

When we go beyond the door,

You're going to find yourself in a room where whichever guide or angel or master is there to communicate with you.

Keep your mind wide open and know that your guides can come in many different forms.

They can come in the form of light.

They can actually come,

For those of us that are psychic in different ways,

In the form of a sense,

A feeling.

So just stay open.

Keep your mind wide open.

We're going to go through the door when I count to three.

On one,

You'll open the door and two,

You'll walk through the doorway and on three,

You'll close the door behind you and find yourself in a room where the higher vibration allows anyone from your soul family to come forward to communicate with you and help you with this question today.

One,

Two,

Three.

First of all,

Just look down at your feet,

Get grounded in the space.

Look down at your feet and notice what you're standing on or if you aren't standing on anything,

Maybe you're up in the clouds.

Sense and be aware where you're at and then first of all,

Look over to your left.

Notice what's in this space and then taking your time,

Start to look around.

Now,

Take a big deep breath and relax every part of your being.

Know that your guide is already present or will show themselves visually.

Just sit and if you already see them,

Wonderful.

Just be present in this space and allow your guide to come forward in whatever shape or form so that you can ask about what it is that you need to close.

Knowing that it's time to come back to your normal reality,

I'd like you to thank whoever it was that came to be present with you today.

Take a moment to say goodbye.

If it feels relevant,

Let them know that you will be back to communicate with them once again.

When I click my fingers and I count to three,

You're going to find yourself back at the bottom of the 10 steps that we originally came down with our eyes still closed.

One,

Two,

Three.

Looking up the 10 steps there in front of you,

Bringing all the information back with you that you learnt.

Felt,

Sensed or experienced today.

Bringing that back with you.

Coming back up the 10 steps.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Ten.

Opening your eyes,

Coming back into your present reality.

Just take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Let's seal that practice.

Big,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Breathe out through your mouth.

Allow that to feel like completion.

Resume your normal breathing.

Cory this was beautiful. I was wondering was it okay that I did see two people. My grandmother and the person I had the question for ( my mama ) As you know I just lost her last month. You have been guiding me through this . I just wanted to say thank you. I would like to share my journal entry with you and get your insight on what maybe some it might be or is it questionable? I mean am I really seeing this as so detailed as I am ? I know that it sure seems that It is so real. I don't doubt anything but want the answers from a professional as you . I can't afford a one on one session at the moment but wondered if we could set up maybe a couple of minutes on a call or zoom just so I could ask you a couple of things to help me? I again want to thank you for this as well as all the others I listen to.Your courses ,your everything. I couldn't sleep even the medicine I was prescribed didn't work it worked opposite so I listened to you and you have been my sleep,my day life ,my healer,my teacher,my life instructor,my everything. This was so beautiful and I would rate it a 10 if I could. I know you sure are amazing at your professional life but I see it as your gift. My mother and I both share some unique gifts in this area that being why I would like to speak to you. Well and I just need to as I continue to heal and get through this grief.
