It was time for a mall trip.
They needed help.
They always like to call on some girlfriends to go to the mall.
This time,

And also Megan and Abby.

You can't really go wrong going to the mall with four girls,
" said Cherry.
It's like a shopping dream.
You know,
Us girls going to the mall.
Especially when your mum just drops us off and we can go in and be on our own for a bit.

It's nice to know that she's just waiting outside in the car,
Just in case we need her.
Because you never know,
Sometimes at the mall there might be some strange people.

Sometimes there's strange people all over the place.
So you just have to be aware and it's nice to know that we have a parent close by,

It has to be like a pink-ish purple.
I have pink and I have purple,
But I need a pinkish purple.
Abby said.

And I need a new book.
I finished all my books.
I need a new book.
So if anybody has read a good book,
I need a suggestion,
Please girls.
The girls all started talking about books that they'd read recently and which one they thought might be good,
What they'd had to read at school,
What Heidi might like,
What she might not like.
Did she want a romantic book?
Did she want a historical book?
Did she want a book of fiction or nonfiction?
So many choices.
They just decided in the end that they would just go in the bookstore to let her use her intuition,
Which it was always a fun way to buy a book.
When you use your intuition to buy a book,
You just kind of look at the shelves and feel along the bookshelves and think,
Ooh,
This one looks fun,
Or ooh,
This one looks interesting.
And you just go with it.
That's trusting your intuition that something in that book is something you need to read about.
So that's what they needed to do.
None of the girls needed anything.
Abby didn't need anything.
Eliana and Alyssa didn't need anything.
They'd just been to the mall last weekend with their mom.
And then Megan,
Well,
She could do with an ice cream if they had time.
They all agreed buying an ice cream before they went home would be perfect.
They first tried to find Cherry's socks.
She had a particular type of sock in mind.
Idea,
Cos I don't want him flying round me paws while I'm hiking.
Cos last thing you need is a bumblebee.
Er,

" Heidi said.

Cherry said,
Yeah,

Oh,
What if I'm allergic?
And I have one of those epileptic shockery things?

Whatever they are.

Heidi said,
You mean an anaphylactic shock?
Cherry said.
Uh,

What if I have one of them and we don't have one of those lipstick things that you stab yourself with?
Heidi said,

No because what if there's bulls while I'm hiking and you know like when you watch bullfighting and they go after those red capes,
They're gonna go after me red socks.
Everyone thought that was funny,
Funny because Who's going to see a bull when you go hiking?

Cherry has her own way of thinking.

Eliana said,

You probably wouldn't see a bull,

You only ever see bulls where bulls live,

There might be a ball where I'm going to hike.

I do like my OMG t-shirts that are black.

I always feel a little bit gothic when I wear black.

All the cats walked past a bunch of those giant chairs that you find in the mall that you sit on that do massages.
You put a coin in them and then you sit on them and you get massaged.

They're my favorite.
Do you want to relax for a bit?
Shopping can be quite stressful.
Should we just relax?
Cherry said.
What you mean?
Abbey said,
Watch.
Abby walked around and put a coin in every one of the chairs.
There happened to be enough chairs for all of them to sit down.
Everyone sat down on one of them fancy,
Big,
Black massage chairs.
Cherry said.
OMG!
It's vibrating.
Oh.
My.
Golly.
Sweepers,
Jeepers.

It's delicious.
Abby started laughing.
I told you.
Everyone sat back.
And felt.
The vibration of the chair.
It was shaking them,
Massaging them.
Like rocking them to sleep like babies.
Cherry closed her eyes.
Faye closed her eyes.
Heidi closed her eyes.
Eliana closed her eyes.
Alyssa closed her eyes.
Abby and Megan closed their eyes.
Everyone.
Relaxed.
They chillaxed.
In the most bestest,
Funnest way.
At the mall.
And you get to relax.

The chairs and the massage routine and whatever they were doing lasted for about five minutes and then all of the coins ran out and that was that.
Cherry stood up first.
I don't believe it.
I feel so chillaxed.
I'm so relaxed.
So ready to shop.
Is that why they have them in the mall?
So that you can have like a little break if you're getting a bit stressed and then when you're not stressed you're just like.

I'm ready to spend more money.
I'm ready to spend all my money.
These dirty tricksters,
These people that own them all know exactly what they're doing,

They do that,

They put these relaxing chairs in,
You get all chilled out and then you're ready to go and spend another $10,
000 million on all your stuff.
I've only got $2 for me socks,
So it shouldn't take that long.
But you know,
I know Heidi's got $4 for a book and that could take forever.
Because her in a book star is absolutely redonkulous.
But I'll do it because I love her.
They found Cherry's socks,
Eventually.
It took quite a lot of looking to find purplish-pink shoes that were just right,
That had just the amount of gemstones that Vea was thinking of.
And the clomped and made the perfect sound because that's very important when you're a princess your shoes have to clomp and make the perfect sound when you're walking across a ballroom floor towards your prince It has to be just right.
She tried on about 30 pairs of shoes.
Some of them weren't even the colour that she was looking for.
But Vea had to admit that she was a little bit addicted to princess clothes.
She calmed herself down and just got the one pair.
It did take a very long time for Heidi to find her intuition book.
The one that she was just going to use her intuition for,
That is.
But she did find it,
Eventually.
And the head.
It was time for ice cream.
33 flavours or 32 flavours or how many flavours it is that Baskin and Robbins has.
They all chose a different flavor.
With the intention of licking and sharing.
Because that's part of the fun.
They found a bench that they could sit on and people watch.
Cherry said.
This has been the bestest day.
I really do like to shop with my girls,
My peeps,
My besties.
It's always so much fun.
And you know,
But you do know,

Can you feel your feet?
My feet are killing me.
My little paws are so tired.
It's like we've walked round this mall 10,
000 times.
If I'd have been wearing my watch,
It would have said 50 million steps.
And I'd have been like,
I deserve to be having this ice cream right now because I had 50 million steps today.
I mean,
How ridiculous is that?
Who walks 50 million steps around the mall?

So I just want to celebrate our friendship and,
