And their friends were sat staring at the flames in the fire.

It looked just like a ghoulie goblin.
It rose really big out of the rest of the flames and got really big and then like went ooooo like that.

But I'm seeing all different shapes and different things in the flame.
Alex said that two minutes ago he thought he saw a flame that looked just like a car.

She was pointing at this particular flame that looked like a bird.

Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked really quick at the flame that Mireille was pointing at.
It's a phoenix.
It looks just like a phoenix.

That's amazing!
Everyone was staring with their mouths open at this flame that looked exactly like a phoenix rising out of the flames.
It was enormous,
Like a big flamed bird with big flaming wings.
It was really,

Normally a phoenix rising out of the flames means that you're overcoming something that was challenging in your life or that you're starting a new beginning,

I thought to myself,

Then all of a sudden the bird moved and glimmered from side to side as if it was flapping its wings and the fire started to crackle and roar a little bit louder as the wind blew through all of them.
Oh my gosh,
It really is trying to talk.
It really is trying to communicate.
What do you think it's saying?
Everybody sat really still and just watched the flame,
The phoenix flame.
And then listen.
And then Cherry said.
Was it just me or did someone say bingo?
Everyone listened again.
The flames crackled,
The wood popped and roared,
The wind blew,
And then they all heard it as clear as day.

This is very bizarre,
But when we all came onto the back garden,
I brought out a wheelbarrow full of different board games and things to play.

Just as Heidi was going over to the wheelbarrow,
The flames died down and calmed down a little bit,
But they were still in the shape of a phoenix.
That's definitely what it wanted,

We played bingo one time in England.
It's really big in England.
You know,
Everybody plays bingo.

Basically what you do is you get these cards and then someone is like at the bingo caller.
I'll be the bingo caller.
And what the bingo caller does is they have these balls and the balls have numbers on them.
And every time a ball pops up,
It's like,
For example,
It's number 11.
You look at your card.
And if you see a number 11 on your card you cross it off and if the lines on your card makes a line like the crosses on your card make a line then that's when you say line but then if the crosses on your card fill in the whole box of numbers then you shout house like that and then you get a prize because you won so we'll have to think about some prizes and we'll have to think about some yeah something like that but yeah so what do remember i'm gonna shout a number everybody get your number your number cards out everybody make sure you've got a pen you're looking for a line or you're looking for a house now if you get if you get a number like a number 11 if i say number oh oh oh this is really important all the numbers have rhymes with them so they have silly sayings so like number 11 looks like a pair of legs so in england they say legs 11 Number 11,

Like that.
And it's really strange,

But yeah,

And then you have to rhyme all the numbers with the rhyme,
Because then people know the rhymes,
They get to understand the rhymes,
And then if you don't quite hear the number sometimes,
Because people are being noisy,

Or something like that.

The balls flew around in like a clear container.
And it made the balls turn upside down and get all shuffled up.
And then one of the balls would pop up when you stopped cranking.
Cherry was all ready.
She very much wanted to be the bingo caller.
She'd always wanted to do it when she visits England,
And she'd never got the opportunity.
And now she was going to be on her game,
Like the bestest bingo caller ever.
She was sat writing out rhymes with the numbers that she could think of while Heidi and Vea prepared all the prizes.
After a few minutes,
They came outside and put a bunch of different candies and snacks and things like that that the kids could win,
Including themselves.
And then they were ready.

Everyone had won.
They all said that they were going to share their prizes with Cherry.
They all decided to sit down on a blanket.
By now the stars were up in the sky and it was a lovely warm evening.
They were all munching away on the different candies.

And they were talking about how much fun.
