My name is Kari.
Let's meditate together.
I'm feeling like we need to brighten our day today.
I mean,
That's the vibe that I'm getting.
So if that resonates with you,
This is going to be a good meditation.
Let's lighten,
Lighten things up.
I think we need to have a light,
A light meditation.
So if you can sit in a comfortable seated position,
Straighten your spine,
Close down your eyes.
Make sure that you're resting your hands on your lap or on your knees in a comfortable way.
Comfortable is what we want,
Right?
Always checking in though with the spine,
Making sure it's nice and straight.
So we have that channel,
That vehicle,
That thought,
Consciousness,
Any kind of higher self messages can travel up and down the spine very easily.
The spine is like a form of communication.
So when we keep it nice and straight,
We keep it open and unblocked.
Just in case we get some downloads during our quiet time,
It's precious.
Starting to connect more to your breath,
So slow down your breathing.
Feel that peace come into your body as you slow down your breath.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose is preferable,
But if you prefer breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Or vice versa,
Then you do what you need to do.
It's just that many philosophies,
Many teachings,
Teach us to breathe through the nose so that we protect ourselves.
It's more protective for the physical body as we filter bacteria through the nose.
So they say that mouth breathers get sick more often,
So let's breathe through the nose if possible.
And if you can just check in with your shoulders for me,
Make sure that they're nice and relaxed.
Pull them down away from your ears,
Making space.
Pulling your shoulders down is going to give you a sense of relaxation.
You're consciously working against any tension that makes the shoulders rise up and tighten up.
So let's push them down,
Pull them down.
And it always feels nice to do that on an exhale.
So if you just let your shoulders go to a normal place,
And then on the next exhale,
Push your shoulders down.
You'll feel it.
It feels nice to just breathe out and relax,
Creating a sense of letting go.
So whatever we need to let go of,
We can consciously let go of during this meditation.
Bit by bit,
With little movements and little things that I instruct you to do,
We'll let go of some of that tension if you have any.
Bring all of your focus and attention up to the top of your head,
Right where your crown chakra is,
At the very top of your head,
Where the soft spot is when we're born,
Where the skull reforms and shapes and hardens and comes together,
That open space that we're born with.
That's right where your crown chakra resides.
So when you focus on this space,
Focus on any kind of sensation that you can feel in the physical on that spot.
See if you can connect to the sensation of your scalp.
It might help if you just kind of move your eyebrows around a little bit,
Move your scalp around a little bit physically,
And you'll get that sensation,
You'll feel it.
You can feel your scalp better in that way,
Just by activating it a little bit with a bit of movement.
And then come back to stillness so that your scalp is nice and still,
Your rest of your body is nice and still again.
Start to see the top of your head like a blowhole,
Like a whale blowhole.
Imagine that you have an energetic opening right there on your crown.
Using your breath to help with the sensation.
The next time that you take a nice big deep inhale,
Breathe and send the breath up to your crown,
Up to that blowhole,
As if you're blowing out.
So you're breathing in,
Pull the breath up.
Your eyes may flicker a little bit and your eyes may move up as if you're looking into your forehead.
That's all a natural reaction.
Imagine that you're journeying and traveling on the breath as you move it.
So pull it up as you breathe in,
Push it up even further as you exhale.
So when you breathe out,
Imagine that you're actually pushing the breath up out of that blowhole as well.
So breathe in,
Bringing in the air into your head,
Into your headspace,
Into that spot.
And then as you exhale,
Push,
Feel a physical push,
Push through your nostrils,
But also imagine that you're pushing up the air up out of your blowhole.
And every time you do this,
The crown,
Your whale blowhole,
Starts to open just gradually.
We're starting to open up the crown,
Starting to activate this chakra.
This chakra is connected to cosmic connection,
Cosmic energy.
This is all about us being able to connect to that which is transpersonal.
That means anything beyond this realm.
This is our antenna of sorts.
So we use the crown to connect to that which is.
And whether that is aliens,
Star systems,
Different dimensions,
Planets,
Deities like Buddha or like masters like Buddha,
Sorry,
Deities like Ganesh or maybe Hanuman or the goddesses,
Whatever it is,
God,
Light,
Source,
Anything transpersonal,
Mermaids,
Lizard beings,
Family members that have transitioned,
Whatever your flavor,
This is our spot.
This is the antenna.
This is where we open up to that which is beyond us,
That which is greater than our normal left brain thinking.
This is where we tap into that part of us that is the mind,
Our soul,
Our higher self.
So keep practicing what I'm sharing with you.
Breathe in,
Use your breath to enhance the opening of your crown.
And then as you exhale,
Push that air up and see the crown opening more and more and more.
You can envision a violet light,
A bright white violet light.
You can imagine the light coming out of you,
Pushing that light up into that all around you,
Sending it up into the ethos.
Or you can start to utilize the power that's beyond us,
The light,
The lightness that we need today.
We're raising our frequency,
Changing our internal vibration so that it gets lighter and we feel lighter.
We feel bigger,
More expansive,
More open with this practice.
Start to let your body feel light,
More open.
The more your crown opens,
The more your vibration raises.
You can bring in that light from beyond.
So we can send it out of us and we can also bring it in.
So pull in that white violet light.
Imagine that you are standing in a stream of light and it's just pouring down into your crown.
All of that knowledge and wisdom,
That higher frequency.
And as it pours into your crown and pours down into your physical and your energetical bodies,
Start to let yourself feel as if you're raising up slightly off the surface of that which you are sat on.
Let yourself lift a little bit.
Start to give yourself that sense of lightness,
Openness.
And within that space,
We can start to feel more peace,
More space for joy and happiness.
Maybe there's an internal smile going on inside of this frequency.
You can feel that smile inside of your body that might actually make you physically smile just a smidgen.
Let's see if we can channel all that's good in this world today.
Rather than anything else that we could choose to focus on,
Let's focus on all that's good.
There's so much good,
So much goodness.
What if we're pulling all of that down into our chest,
Our hearts,
Our lungs?
Just pull that light in.
Pull that violet crown light,
That high frequency healing light,
Because that's what it is.
Pull it in,
Breathe it out as if you're gifting the universe that which you are.
We give and we receive and it becomes a circular,
Like the circle of life.
Like samsara,
Nirvana.
This simple action of what we're doing in giving and receiving is symbolic in so many different ways with our life lessons.
The whole point of why we're here as humans.
Let your shoulders feel light.
Imagine that your ribs and your back and everything is just spacious and open.
Not heavy at all,
Just open and light.
Your breaths can come in deeper and stronger.
You're more open,
Your lungs are open.
The space around your chest and your ribs is open.
Imagine as if you're being gifted with all of this good energy,
All of the good vibes of the world.
There's so much good.
And I think we lose sight easy,
So let's not.
Let's feel it,
Absorb it,
Accept it.
Let yourself be gifted with just pure,
Simple joy today.
Breathe it in like manna,
Like nectar,
Like it's the best thing in the world.
Just be alive.
Be in this space to be taking breath with each other.
We have purpose.
We have abilities to feel joy,
To feel peaceful,
Contentment.
Ooh,
Can we pull in a sense of contentment in this moment,
Just for this moment.
Like we have everything that we need in the world and we are content and at peace.
See if you can bring that contentment and that feeling of peace and almost like completion.
Like alpha and omega,
The number nine stands for completion.
Imagine that you can feel that all the way down to your toes.
Put all the focus and attention that you have on your physical in your feet.
Just feel the vibration and the life force in your feet.
You'll be able to feel either slightly or quite obviously a tingling sensation in your feet.
Go inside of your body and really sit.
Feel that energy,
That vibration that you've created within yourself.
Imagine that you're completely full of this white violet light,
This high frequency healing cosmic connection light.
And you can see it if you were to look at yourself from a third person perspective,
You would be able to see that your feet,
Your legs,
Your hands,
Your arms,
Your whole entire torso,
Your neck,
Your head are all completely full of this violet crown chakra light.
All of your cells,
Your bones,
Your muscles,
Everything full of this high vibrational loving light.
And it's going to be contained.
It's going to be contained and held and kept right there with you.
All day long.
When I count to three,
That will represent completion.
And you will be able to open your eyes and find yourself back in the space.
Back in your space,
Feeling completely different,
Feeling very light and open and happy and spacious.
Ready for whatever the world wants to bring for you today.
One,
Two,
Three.
