Are you ready to meditate with Kari?

Lay yourself down on your bed.

Make sure that you're completely comfortable and ready to relax.

Let go of your day.

Take in a nice big deep breath all the way down to the base of your tummy.

And breathe out.

Breathe in once again.

Nice big deep breath.

See if you can take in as much air as you possibly can.

And then blow it out.

One more nice big deep breath.

This one.

See if you can breathe all the way down to your toes.

And then blow it out.

Instead of lying in your bed right now,

Close your eyes and use your imagination.

Imagine you're laying on the beach.

It's a nice warm day and the sun is shining from the sky.

You can hear the waves of the ocean.

It's very calming and relaxing.

When you look to your left and you look to your right,

You notice that there's people here and there just laying sunbathing.

Not really doing very much,

Just relaxing on the sand.

There's a couple of people swimming in the ocean.

And you decide that it's warm.

It's a very warm day.

And it would be nice to maybe swim in the ocean and feel cool and refreshed.

You stand up on the beach and walk down to the shore.

You can feel the waves splashing around your feet and your ankles.

The water is cool,

But it's the perfect temperature.

It feels really nice to just stand there and let the sand sink beneath your feet.

And the water and the waves rush around your toes and your ankles.

You go in a little bit deeper up to your knees.

It feels very,

Very nice.

You step in a few steps further and it goes up to your thighs.

The water is cool and it sends a tingle up your spine.

It's clear and blue and you can see the sand on the base of the ocean.

There's some tiny,

Tiny,

Very tiny little fishes swimming around down there.

You don't feel scared of them.

They're very cute.

You take a couple more steps forward until it goes up to your tummy.

And then you start to swim.

The water rushes over your shoulders and up to your neck.

It feels delicious,

So cooling and refreshing.

You turn over and lay on your back and stare up at the sky as you float on the top of the ocean.

The sky is clear and blue.

You watch a few birds flying by here and there.

It feels so nice to just be laid in the ocean,

Feeling weightless and refreshed and clean.

You lay on your back and just float for what seems like the longest time.

The ocean is clear and blue.

You watch a few birds flying by here and there.

It feels so nice to just be laid in the ocean,

Feeling weightless and clean.

After a while you start to get this really strong feeling in your body.

A feeling that you should swim under the water.

Like a fish or a mermaid,

You turn back over and dive down deep into the water.

It feels very natural and easy to swim through the water.

You can see really clearly that there's fish and coral.

You can see the sand down on the bottom of the ocean.

You keep swimming forward,

Going deeper and deeper the more you swim.

You take a look backwards and you notice that your feet aren't feet anymore.

They've somehow turned into a fin.

Big fin,

Just like a mermaid or a merman would have.

And it's moving back and forward through the ocean so easily and you're going so fast.

You notice that you don't feel like you need to go up to the top to take a breath.

You feel like you can breathe under the water.

You don't even have to think about it.

It's just happening naturally as you swim really fast.

The water starts to get just a little bit darker as you go deeper and deeper down into the ocean.

You start to see different creatures.

There's jellyfish and turtles.

There's a big dark shadow up ahead and as you swim towards it you notice a big,

Big whale.

A whale as big as a ship.

You swim past the whale and it seems to give you a smile.

You keep swimming and swimming.

You see sharks and dolphins,

Stingrays.

You're down there with all of the sea creatures.

You feel just like one of them.

So natural being down there.

You notice up ahead that there's a boat or a ship that looks like it's shipwrecked down at the bottom of the ocean.

It looks very,

Very old and magical.

You decide to swim down and through the shipwreck,

Through the windows,

In and out through the different rooms and compartments.

There's bits and bobs of old plates and cutlery.

Everything's got barnacles on it.

Everything looks like it's been there for hundreds and hundreds of years.

Different wood places shadows in the water so the water looks all different colors.

You keep swimming.

This time,

Up ahead you can see the most amazing color,

Corals.

All different types,

Different textures and colors.

It's like a rainbow on the base of the ocean.

There's tiny little fishes swimming in and out of the corals.

Some of them have stripes.

Some of the fish are transparent and you can see right through them.

Some of the fish look so old they could be hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of years old.

I like it swimming around the coral.

It reminds you of swimming in a rainbow.

I like to swim around the coral for a while.

You notice that the ocean seems to be getting shallower as if you're swimming in an upward direction.

When you come to the surface of the sea,

You see an island there in front of you.

You swim to the shore and walk up on the beach.

The sand is white and soft between your toes.

It feels very warm underneath your feet.

There's palm trees and greenery all over the island.

It looks very tropical.

You can hear all different sounds.

Sounds of different birds crying out,

Monkeys in the background.

You notice that the trees all have big giant coconuts on them and you feel thirsty.

Like magic,

One of the coconuts falls down onto the beach.

You pick it up and see a big rock that you can crack it open on.

The coconut water inside is sweet and delicious and very thirst quenching.

You eat some of the coconut meat and that's sweet.

Tastes wonderful.

You decide to explore the island and start to walk into the green trees.

The sound of the monkeys gets closer and closer.

Then you start to see them jumping from tree to tree.

All different types of monkeys.

Some big ones,

Some small ones.

You even notice a few baby ones.

The monkeys are eating bananas and you wonder where they got them from.

And then up ahead you see a banana tree and the bananas are all yellow and ripe.

You climb up just a few feet and grab a hold of a couple of bananas.

They taste like the bestest bananas you've ever had.

Like banana pudding mixed with vanilla and caramel.

They're so sweet and smooth.

You meet all sorts of different creatures on the island.

There's so many different tropical birds all with different colored feathers and beaks.

It's a very nice island.

You decide that maybe you'd like to come back here.

And you feel like exploring and eating the best bananas in the world.

But it's time to get back in the ocean and swim once again.

You glide through the water.

Swim and swim and swim.

It's so relaxing and quiet and peaceful down there at the bottom of the ocean.

It's like being in a different world.

You know you can swim up to the top of the water and float on your back anytime you want to.

Or you can stay down here at the base of the ocean with all the wonderful creatures for as long as you like.

It's entirely up to you.

It's so relaxing and quiet and peaceful down there at the bottom of the ocean.

It's so relaxing and quiet and peaceful down there at the base of the ocean.

I love the description of the beach and water. You make it sound so real! Could you make a story about a girl who turns into a mermaid? If you can, could her name possibly be πŸŒ™ LunaπŸŒ™ ? Thank you, thank you, thank you! ☺️ 😊 πŸ™ so much. Also in the Heidi Cherry and Viya stories could Cherry’s voice be softer? That would make the stories more relaxing 😌 😎And please, please, please tell me you are making the 11th Moonbow forest soon??!! πŸŒ™πŸŒ™ πŸŽ€πŸŽ€πŸ¦„πŸ¦„πŸŒ³πŸŒ³ Love, ⭐️ Luna ⭐️
