If you could make sure that you're in a comfortable seated position so that we can start our meditation together.
Close down your eyes if you haven't done so already.
Let go of the world so far.
This morning,
This afternoon,
Wherever your mind is or whatever time of day it is for you.
Let's let go of the outside world.
Close our eyes and indicate to the brain that it's time to meditate and relax.
Take a nice big deep breath in through your nose.
Make it go all the way down into your tummy.
Hold your breath there for a second and then exhale long and slow.
Once again,
A nice big deep breath.
Breathe all the way down.
See if you can expand your ribs and breathe into your back.
A full chest cavity and belly breath.
And then breathe out nice and long and slow.
Take your attention down into your feet.
First of all,
Let's just go through the body.
Gain some relaxation so that we can move on to a journey.
So feel into your feet.
Feel where they're at.
Maybe whittle your toes and just feel the physicalness of your feet and then come back to stillness.
Feel the outside of your feet.
If you're wearing socks or anything on your feet,
Just be aware of the sensation of that on your skin.
And then take your focus and attention inside of your feet.
See if you can connect to that low vibration,
That soft hum inside of your feet.
Slowly move up into your ankles and become aware of any sensation or feeling in your ankles.
Feel the backs of your calf muscles.
See if you can just do a soft breath into your lower legs.
Relax your calf muscles.
Feel your knees,
The inside,
The outside.
Just be aware of that part of your body.
Move up into your thighs and feel the muscles in your upper legs.
Use your mind.
Try and create the sensation on your exhales as if your legs are softening.
Breathe out,
Let go.
Breathe out,
Let go.
This sends signals to the brain that your body softens.
It can surrender on the exhales.
Moving up into your hips.
Connect to the sit bones on your chair.
Feel that from your sit bones.
Feel the chair.
Feel your coccyx,
Base of your spine.
Let your hips soften and relax into the chair.
And then slowly in your mind,
Move up your spine,
Vertebra by vertebra.
And every time you flow into an exhale,
Soften your shoulders,
Let your arms get heavy.
Let everything get heavy around your solid spine.
Feel into your hands and your fingertips.
Let them buzz and tingle.
Can you feel the pulse running through your fingers?
Let your hands fully relax.
Let your arms get heavy.
Relax your jaw.
Create a little bit of separation between your teeth so that your jaw can soften and relax.
Your cheeks get soft.
The space around your eyes and your temples softens and relaxes.
And with your eyes closed,
Imagine that you're staring out at space,
There in front of you.
Just like we've done many times,
Staring into that big,
Wide open space that may just be black or you might be seeing shapes or colours.
Just stare into that void there in front of your inner sight.
And imagine in your mind that you're walking a couple of steps forward to the top of your ten steps going down.
And when you get to the top of your ten steps going down,
Just peer down your staircase and start to take in details of what it looks like today.
Look down at your feet.
Make sure that you're barefoot so that you can feel that top step underneath your feet.
For those of you that have meditated with me before,
We've done this many times,
So it feels familiar.
If this is the first time that you've meditated with me,
Just make sure that you can feel that top step underneath your feet.
Wiggle your toes and scrape your feet around so that you can ground into this reality.
Peering down your staircase,
Look to the left and look to the right.
See if there's any details on either side of you.
Maybe walls with pictures.
There's a door at the bottom of the ten steps and I'll explain where that leads when we get down there.
For now,
You're going to go down the ten steps and every step that you take,
You'll find you're relaxing deeper with every step.

Feel the steps underneath your feet,

Moving a couple of steps forward so that you're right there in front of your door.
Today's door is going to lead us into the Akashic Records,
A place that holds all records from past,
Present and future of your life experiences.
There's different aisles labeled differently.
Some have lifetimes with childhood traumas.
Some have lifetimes of karmic lessons.
Some have lifetimes with specific issues like self-worth,
Self-love.
The different aisles hold hundreds of different books,
Each book representing past life experiences or particular lessons or events from the past,
Present and future.
Basically,
Everything that's going to be in this library of sorts,
The Akashic Records,
Is connected to your soul.
When I count to three in just a few moments,
We're going to go into this room.
On one,
You'll open the door.
On two,
You'll walk through the doorway.
And on three,
You'll close the door behind you and find yourself in the Akashic Records library.
One,
Two,
Three.
First of all,
Just look down at your feet.
Look at the ground.
Notice what the floor is like in the library.
Feel it underneath your bare feet.
And then as you look up,
Look over to your left first of all and just observe what you see over on the left side of your library.
What you see straight in front of you.
And then take note of what you see over on the right.
I'm going to ask you to find the aisle with all the books that have karmic lessons attached.
That's the theme.
So if you'd like to start to walk forward in your library,
Each aisle is clearly labeled.
Find the aisle in your library that's labeled Karmic Lessons and then stop when you find it.
Looking down the aisle,
You'll see that there's many books.
Don't worry so much.
One of the books,
When we start to go down this aisle in just a few moments,
Will just call to you.
It's almost like it'll have its own energy.
It might even pop out of the shelf and fall on the floor in front of you.
Just allow it to call to you.
But there is one book on this aisle that's specifically connected to this lifetime that you're in currently and the karmic lessons that you are here to go through in this lifetime currently.
Just start to take your time and move through the aisle.
Trust in your intuition and just know that you'll know the book.
Or even call to the book and let it's self be known to you.
Don't open the book when you get it.
Just wait.
Take a note of what your book looks like,
The color,
The size,
The feel of the book in your hand.
Notice if it has any writing on the front or not.
In just a few moments,
I'm going to ask you to open the book at any page that you would like to open it.
But on that page will be written in a simple word or two,
The karmic lesson that you have to learn this lifetime.
You can take a nice big,
Deep breath.
Keep your mind wide open.
Just allow yourself to receive the information.
And then I'm going to count to three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Just take note of what the page says that you open it on to.
Don't take too much thought.
Just see it.
Acknowledge it.
And then close your book and put it back on the shelf.
Don't try and change anything.
Don't try and manipulate anything.
Just take whatever you got or didn't get and just trust.
When I click my fingers and I count to three,
You'll be back at the bottom of the 10 steps that you came down in the beginning with your eyes still closed,
Leaving this Akashic Records library behind.
One,
Two,
Three.
With your inner sight looking up the 10 steps,
We're going to come back up the 10 steps.
And then when you get to the top,
You can open your eyes and come back into your space.
Starting with whichever foot feels right for you.
One,
Two,
Three.
Literally feel the steps as if you're walking back up.
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Come back into your space.
If you have a journal close by and you'd like to write down your words or the message or if the page was completely blank,
Please write that down too.
Whatever you got and date it so that you remember.
Know that you can come back to the Akashic Records anytime with any questions.
You noted and saw many different aisles in this space.
Lots of information that you can come back and receive if you need to in future meditations.
