This guided meditation today will guide you through a very healing visualization process.
You can use this meditation anytime you wish to experience a deep feeling of peace,
Tranquility and wholeness in your life.
Start by finding a comfortable seat in a chair or on the floor with the support of a cushion or meditation still.
Settle down into your hips,
Allowing your thighs to root down rooting your seat and your tail down.
Let there be an elegant rise through your spine,
Gently closing your eyes,
Relax the muscles on your face,
Relax your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your belly,
Your hips and your lower back.
Tucking your chin in ever so slightly to your lifted chest and heart.
Invite an inner spaciousness using your intention.
Start to notice your natural breath.
Placing your hands in your lap,
Take a nice long deep cleansing breath in and a nice long deep cleansing breath out.
Start to become aware of your breath,
Feeling the breath as it enters with a cool feeling and then warming as it gently travels down into your lungs.
Feel the lungs with a deep inhale,
Bringing in energy,
Vitality and prana,
The life force.
As you exhale feel the body releasing toxins,
Stress and any negativity that has accumulated.
Stay with this breath,
Focusing on the feeling of deep peace for ten deep inhales and ten deep exhales.
Feel the energy that is in the body.
Become aware of the warmth and tingling sensation of every single cell.
Feel the energy that is in the extended environment,
In every part of nature and in every living thing.
Bring all those energies together and feel them as one.
Realise all of that energy shining brightly as the sun.
Bring the shining glow of bright energy over the crown of your head.
Feel it starting to travel down into your body.
From the top of your head,
Slowly going down into your face and into your neck,
Travelling down into the shoulders,
All the way down into the arms,
Down to the fingers.
Feel the healing energy and light going down into your chest,
All the way down to your hips.
Feel it continue travelling down your legs,
All the way down to your toes.
Your whole body is now filled with divine healing light and energy.
Allow that healing energy to completely fill any physical area that needs healing energy today.
Feel it warming,
Healing and expanding through those areas.
Allow the healing light to bring peace and healing to any emotional issues or traumas going on in your life currently.
Bring your awareness to any intentions or desires that you may have.
Holding the thoughts of those intentions or desires as you allow the healing energy to bring your deepest desires to life and your intentions into reality.
Feel your connection to divine energy and light and know that all is one.
Stay with this deep,
Relaxing and very peaceful feeling of bliss.
Enjoy this beautiful feeling.
When you are ready,
Start to move out of the meditation,
Gradually and slowly,
Starting to take some deeper breaths than normal,
Wiggling your fingers,
Wiggling your toes,
Bringing yourself back.
Gently begin to open your eyes,
Pausing here,
Taking a couple of long,
Slow,
Deep breaths before continuing with the rest of your day.
You are now feeling peaceful,
Relaxed,
Calm,
Alert and at one.
