Hello and welcome to this guided breathing meditation.
In today's meditation we are going to be energizing the body,
Mind,
And soul through Bhastrika Pranayama also known as breath of fire.
This breath work practice is designed to energize the body to stimulate the solar plexus chakra and to power our batteries to charge up our being.
We'll begin by taking two deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth again.
Sit up tall and straight,
Eyes closed,
Fully relaxed.
Bhastrika Pranayama is where we push the breath out through the nose in short bursts allowing our belly to fill up naturally with air.
It sounds like this.
As you can see it's fast and whenever we exhale the belly comes in and pushes air out.
The inhale naturally happens without us having to try.
So try it with me to take a deep breath in,
Exhale three-quarters of the way and begin.
Belly comes in when you exhale through the nose.
Belly comes in naturally inflates on the inhale.
Naturally inflating on the inhale.
Great.
If you're having trouble with this don't worry.
More practice,
More time and you'll be able to do this technique effortlessly.
So with that being said let's begin.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale fully.
Deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale three-quarters of the way and begin.
You are a warrior.
Stay with this breath.
You can do it.
Almost there.
Just a few more breaths.
Great job.
Let's do two more rounds of Bhastrika Pranayama together.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in through the nose.
Let it go.
Very good.
Deep breath in.
Exhale three-quarters of the way and begin.
You're doing great.
Keep going.
Almost there.
A few more breaths.
Great job.
One more round to go.
One more round of Bhastrika Pranayama and you'll be ready to tackle and to take on your day in every way.
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose.
Let it go.
One more deep breath in.
Exhale three-quarters of the way and begin.
This is the final round.
You got this.
Almost there.
Keep going.
Beautiful work everyone.
Go ahead and take these last few moments of this meditation to relax and to enjoy the music breathing deeply through the nose and out through the nose.
Simply relax into a deep meditative state.
