Walk around the garden,
Take in what you see.
Notice it's a beautiful sunny day and that you're surrounded by lots of tall trees,
Colourful flowers,
And butterflies fluttering around you.
Choose your favourite place in the garden and either sit or lie down.
Allow your body to feel the warm grass against your skin.
Really take in how it feels,
Allowing the texture of the grass to hug your skin.
It's now time to set an intention.

When I experience joy,
I am aligning with my higher potential.

Yes,
Everyone does benefit when I do things that bring me joy.
That's because others feel when I am in a state of joy.
And I know that this nurtures their beautiful energy.
Joy is a healing vibration for me.
I don't question what brings me joy or what I love.
I simply love what I love.
My life is meant to feel fun and exciting.
That is my natural generator way.
It feels so good to feel lit up by an experience.
And I trust that the right experience will light me up at the right time,
Just as the universe planned.
I know that when I feel lit up,
