This guided meditation provides you with a serene journey dedicated to nurturing a deep sense of safety and security within yourself.
The first step to healing and transformation is by feeling safe within.
When you are ready,
I invite you to find a quiet space where you can fully immerse yourself in this experience.
And as you settle into a comfortable position,
Start to orient yourself to your surroundings,
Gazing around as if you are following an imaginary butterfly,
Turning your gaze to the right,
To the left,
Gaze up and down,
And start to tune into your breath.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
Feeling your abdomen and chest expanding,
And then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension.
And allow your eyes to gently close if that feels good for you,
And let the outside world melt away.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
With each breath,
Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.
And start to imagine that you are surrounded by a soft,
Glowing light.
This light represents a cocoon of safety,
Love,
And tranquility that you're about to create within yourself.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Envision this radiant light wrapping around you like a warm,
Comforting embrace,
And allowing yourself to rest in this embrace,
Relaxing your body a bit more,
Releasing any tightness and rigidity as much as is possible.
And start to bring your awareness to your heart center,
The space in between your breastbones.
Visualize a beautiful,
Radiant sphere of light within your chest.
This is your center of inner sanctuary,
The place where you can cultivate a profound sense of safety and peace.
With each breath,
This sphere of light grows brighter and expands,
Filling your entire body with its soothing energy.
As you continue to breathe,
Imagine this light extending beyond your body,
Creating a protective barrier around you.
This barrier is your own creation,
A shield of safety that nothing can penetrate without your consent.
Feel its strength and solidity,
Knowing that you are in complete control of your own safety.
Allow any thoughts,
Worries,
Or fears to gently float away like leaves carried by a gentle breeze.
You are,
In this present moment,
Cocooned in your own sanctuary of tranquility,
Bringing your awareness now to your body.
With each inhale,
Send gratitude and love to each part of your body,
Starting from your toes and moving upward.
And as you exhale,
Release any tension or discomfort you may be holding.
With each inhale,
Send gratitude and love to each part of your body.
And as you exhale,
Release any tension or discomfort you may be holding.
Feel the safety within you radiating to every cell,
Every muscle,
Every fiber of your being.
In this sacred space you've created,
There is no judgment,
No criticism,
Only unconditioned love and acceptance.
You are safe.
You are whole.
You are enough.
And let's repeat these affirmations together.

You can make some gentle movements,
Maybe wiggling your fingers and toes,
Reawakening your body and allowing your eyes to open up.
