Hello,

Voyagers,

And welcome to our guided meditation of today,

Which is called Feeling the Sacred Chakra.

The sacred chakra,

Which is also called Svaadisthanansa in Sanskrit,

Translates as sweetness.

This chakra reminds us that we have the right to feel.

Feeling is very important because we cannot heal what we cannot feel.

Here we are invited to be present with our feelings,

With our emotions.

This chakra is located behind our pubic bone in front of our spine.

When you are ready,

I invite you to find a comfortable seated position.

If you prefer,

You can also lie down and make yourself comfortable.

Start to allow your eyes to close.

Start to feel your breath.

Feeling the inhale and the exhale.

And now let's take a deep belly breath here through the nose and sighing out.

And another deep belly breath through the nose and sighing out.

Start to take your awareness to the base of your spine.

And we're going to imagine that you're going to inhale from the base of your spine,

The center of your spine.

And then take the breath up,

All the way up to the crown of your head.

This is your inhale.

And then as you exhale,

The breath glides down from the crown back to your perineum.

And we're going to breathe like this together for a few breaths.

Inhale from the base and feel the breath rising up,

Up towards the crown.

And then as you exhale,

Feel the breath gliding down from the crown back to your perineum.

And again,

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

One more breath here,

Inhale and exhale.

And gently place your hands on your sacrum,

On your svaadisthana,

At your pubic bone.

One hand on top of the other.

And I invite you to direct your breath now towards your hands from the inside out.

So breathing in your sacrum,

In your svaadisthana,

In your lower belly.

In your hands and then gently exhale and relax here.

And as you inhale,

Feel the expansion of your belly.

The breath also moving into the back of your body,

Into your lower back,

The area of your kidneys,

Into your hips.

And then as you exhale,

Relaxing.

And here inhale,

Hold the breath,

Hold and feel.

And exhale.

And again inhale,

Hold.

And as you exhale,

Relax,

Letting go.

And see if you can tune into pleasure here.

The simple pleasure of taking deep breaths into your body.

Into your sacrum,

Into your svaadisthana.

This energy center is related to our sexual energy,

Related to our sexual organs.

Our right to feel,

To feel pleasure,

To feel all emotions pleasant and unpleasant.

Here we are invited to flow,

To be like water,

To be playful,

Curious.

And the demon of this chakra is guilt.

Guilt tends to block to close this chakra.

The free flow of energy gets blocked when we feel guilty.

But for this moment,

Tune into pleasure.

Feeling your belly,

Your hips,

Your lower back expanding as you inhale and relaxing as you exhale.

And we're going now to try to also breathe into our sexual organs.

So breathe into your uni,

The feminine sexual organs or your lingam,

The male sexual organs.

So for the women here you can breathe into your lapya,

Your clitoris,

Your vagina.

And for the men here see if you can take your breath into your testicles,

Into your penis.

Allowing everything to relax,

To open up to feeling without the need to do anything,

To perform.

And when the thoughts arise or any other emotions come forward,

See if you can shift yourself to feel pleasure.

Enjoy the sensations that arise.

Enjoy the sensations that arise if there are any sensations.

Keep the breath going.

If thoughts arise,

Bring the awareness back to your breath,

To your hand on your sacred,

Breathing into your sacred chakra,

Into your sexual organs.

Finding pleasure and softening and feeling and relaxing.

Awakening,

Tuning to the sensation of pleasure within.

Enjoy the sensation of pleasure within.

And you can linger within this space for as long as you want.

To stay with the sensation as long as it feels comfortable.

To simply feel.

Then when you are ready you can allow your body to make some movements.

To feel into those movements.

And to allow your eyes to open up just when you are comfortable.

To enjoy your day.
