It's time to settle down now,
To sleep and to rest.
Take your time to find a comfortable position in your bed.
Turn off your lights and allow your body to settle from your day.
Adjust your body and your clothing while knowing that you're free to readjust your position at any time you like.
As you begin to relax,
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
On each breath,
Feel the air entering your body and filling you up,
And then let the air flow out easily.
Now allow your breathing to find its natural rhythm in and out.
After each gentle exhalation,
You simply allow the breath to come in again,

You are now going to nestle into a cloud and drift lazily off to sleep.
As I count down from 10,
You will notice you are lying in the most luxurious,
Soft and cozy cloud that you can imagine.
You will feel held and safe in this cushion of cloud,
Knowing it will hold you with ease.
It is a cloud of pure comfort and relaxation that surrounds your whole body.
You feel how the shape beneath you is ever so slightly more comfortable than one moment ago,
How it is holding you in the most comfortable way and soothing your tired body.
Your eyes remain closed,
But you are aware of being pleasantly surrounded by the cloud.
Allow the perfect color for the cloud to rest gently in your mind's eye.
Your body releases all tension and worries from your busy day.
Your body relaxes more and more.
It is magical how you feel the increasing softness of your cloud is balanced with just the right amount of support for your body.
