The seasons of life,
The turning of the never-ending wheel,
The day of Spirit and time,
Given to you so freely here,
Dreaming and awakening,
Given gifts to be and become part of your individuality and of the whole,
Now here and gone.
Living in life,
Each breath that comes and goes,
Gives us a way to see the clues of how we renew to life each day.
And then,
One day we are done here,
And we must let this life we've known just go,
So we can let our Spirit experience life all over again.
There is such grace and compassion that we can receive when we release our hold on just this life and accept that we are on a never-ending spiral that changes in time continually.
Attaching and detaching,
Leaves that fall in autumn's glow,
We are here and then we're gone and we live in Spirit through it all.
And the seasons come and the seasons go,
And the soul rides with us for this life.
Do not doubt this process of a Spirit that journeys on to the light.
And there are those who suffer at the loss of a loved one here,
Yet still their loved one lives in Spirit and the love we have reaches them there.
And so we celebrate this life and the turning of the wheel,
A never-ending circle that helps to reveal this life and all the gifts of love and the time we were given this go round and the chance we are given to live again and again till once again we meet in Heaven's higher ground.
Amen.
